I love my blinds in my kitchen and bathroom, they were fitted perfectly. The team who came to measure up and install were courteous and respectful, I would definitely use them again

Absolutely terrible customer service, after 3 different appointments, cancelled appointments and appointments where they've been hours late with no phone call with an explanation, we've cancelled the order as I don't belive he knows what he's actually doing. Very poor, awaiting a refund on our deposit.

To add more factual context to this review:
- There were zero cancelled appointments
- In your first appointment, around 1 hour and 30 minutes was spent at your property to give you advice and to provide you with a rough quote.
- In your second appointment, around 3 hours and 30 minutes was spent at your property to give you further advice, to allow you to choose your spec and to do a survey.
- Your third appointment was going to take around 10 minutes to take further measurements.
It is with the third appointment that there was an issue. For this appointment we were told that a family member would be home from 4pm onwards. Based on the information given from yourselves, we didn’t call ahead to say what time we would be arriving as someone was going to be home anyway. In hindsight, we should have called and for this, we have already apologised.
To correct another point in your review, in the end, it was us who decided to cancel your order and to refund your money back. This was as a result of the manner in which we were spoken to and what was said.
As explained to you when we cancelled your order, it is the first time we have ever had to cancel a customer’s order but we believe that this was for the best.
Lastly, you mentioned that our surveyor never knew what he was doing. He knew exactly what he was doing which was making sure everything for your order was absolutely spot on in order for you to be left with bespoke products which fit and work as they should. Around 5 hours had already been spent at your property to aim towards achieving this. Running late for one appointment where we were told someone would be home from 4pm onwards doesn’t mean we don’t know what we’re doing nor does it warrant speaking to us in the manner we were spoken to.

Very helpful and patient whilst we chose the fabric. Came and measured and brought samples so we could look at them in situ. Discussed all the options available. Tidy and efficient fitting. Very pleased with the final result and would recommend them.

I had a night and day blind fitted today and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Victoria and the staff in the shop were extremely professional and knowledgeable when helping me choose my blind. The fitter (Mo) was very considerate in my home and neat and tidy throughout the fitting, tidying up as he went along. Clitheroe Blinds were very competitive with their prices and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family and will certainly be using them again in the future.

I bought curtains and blinds for our new house after Clitheroe Blinds were recommended by so many people on a local Facebook group. Highly recommended...Ash who measured up was great, the team in the office especially Victoria were great and Mo who came to fit was exceptional. He was a stickler for precision and everything was precise. Absolutely love everything about our blinds and curtains. The blinds were Roman blinds and powered by a small motor they are wonderful and such a neat job Can't recommend this company highly enough.

We have used Clitheroe Blinds to furnish all our windows. From wooden Venetian to Roman fabric. The service, choice, fit & aftercare are always exceptional. The first blinds we had fitted years ago still look as good as our most recent.

Excellent service from start to finish- Victoria was so helpful when we called in the shop- Dan came to measure up and for when he said he would- nothing was too much trouble- we are so pleased with our blinds so much so we have just had the conservatory measured too and ordered blinds for there now
