We had an outstanding experience with the Cloud Clinic, all conducted online. Milli, who handled all the initial communications and appointment scheduling, was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless, setting a positive tone right from the start. Dr. Joe McAndrew-Lima was exceptional—very professional, approachable, and took the time to listen, even when the appointment was due to finish. His expertise and easy-going nature made me feel at ease throughout the consultation. Despite the entire process being online, it felt no different from an in-person visit. The virtual consultations were smooth and effective. The aftercare has also been faultless, and you will not be left waiting for a response. If you have private health insurance, verify your coverage with your provider as our plan covered most costs. Milli can also help with any questions. Overall, our experience with the Cloud Clinic was nothing short of excellent. If anyone is concerned about online telemedicine, rest assured that it makes no difference to the quality of care you receive. I can't speak highly enough of Joe and Milli at Cloud Clinic. Milli was efficient and informative from the begining which meant, I knew exactly what to expect which is important when looking for an assessment. Joe is thorough, intelligent, empathetic and very knowledgeable in his profession. I'd like to add that I don't often write reviews, but I felt it was important to do so here. My experience of cloud clinic was excellent. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is considering getting an ADHD diagnosis in Ireland.

Quick and easy appointment, all done online, and quick to reach out for a rebooking when they had a cancellation. Kind and professional.

Excellent service. Anybody going through the struggle of getting an ADHD diagnosis will know how difficult it is to even get to the point of seeing a psychiatrist as an adult. I found Cloud Clinic myself and asked my GP to refer me, and within days I was sent a calendar to book my appointment. Milli, the practise manager, was cordial and quick to respond to any query I had prior to my appointment. The experience with Dr Joe McAndrew-Lima was also excellent. He was very personable and made the whole experience very comfortable. If anyone is nervous about the process, he will make you feel completely at ease and naturally draw the required information from you. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who feels like they may be struggling with ADHD. The process is not very cheap (roughly 900), but Cloud Clinic are very reasonably priced considering the service and market rate. As someone who had resigned to it being nearly impossible to get a psychiatrist diagnosis as an adult in Ireland, the whole process once I got involved with Cloud Clinic blew me away.

Very good service from making the first appointment, to starting and following up on medication. Dr McAndrew-Lima is very knowledgeable and understanding, making me feel at ease. I was hesitant of having all the process done online, including the payment when booking. I've heard and read about many scams happening this way, but I raised my concern and was responded in a very cordial and informative way, giving me confidence. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience!

I had a really positive experience in the Cloud Clinic. Especially in comparison to every other clinic having so many hurdles and hoops to jump through, the Cloud Clinic made it straight forward and easy for me. I found it really easy to sort an appointment and Joe was a really nice person to talk to. He gave me great insights into my condition and I left feeling like I knew a lot more. Would definitely recommend it

I had a great experience with this clinic. I only had to wait a week or so for an appointment and the centre manager, Milli, was very responsive whenever I had any questions. Dr Joe is friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed at any time throughout my sessions and he was always happy to answer questions. I have had negative experiences with healthcare before, but I'm happy to say that this wasn't one of them. Their service is prompt, professional and personal. A rare find!
