After going the conservative route, It was time to go to the next level. I'm happy I found Dr Nowacki & CNSO. He went over my MRI and we were able to get the surgery schedule within two weeks. This being my first surgery I was extremely nervous but Dr Nowacki was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly, putting me at ease. His coordinator Gabby was very helpful with all the pre-op items making it a super simple process. I have since had successful surgery and was pain free immediately after. Its been a few months and I'm still feeling great. I highly recommend Dr Nowacki & CNSO!

Incredible staff, very caring

My first time to see Dr. Nowacki for my neck and lower back pain. He was pleasant, took the time to explain to me the result of my MRI of Cervical, Lumbar, Spine. He gave me the options of treatments I needed. I will start for Physical Therapy. Thank you Dr. Nowacki for taking the time and giving me the options for treatment.

Dr Nowacki and his team were exceptional from my first visit with the female PA Dr Zkaterina (hope i spelled correctly) all the way through my back surgery and into post op. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable as I was scared to death to have back surgery. Even the staff at Valley Hospital were amazing! Gabby was my surgical coordinator at CNSO and she was wonderful! I highly recommend Dr Nowacki and Dr O for your surgical procedures. Thank you to all of the staff for making my experience the best it could have been.

My father experienced about 3 months of decline in mobility when we met Dr. Nowacki who finally helped us determine what was going on. Throughout this experience, Dr. Nowacki was super knowledgeable, answered all our questions with transparency and clarity, and overall made us feel comfortable in the process. My father is now healing, almost back to normal and has an increased sense of confidence and has his quality of life back. Dr. Nowacki did spine surgery on my mother. 81 years young, she did incredibly well. I accompanied my mother to each appointment, and Dr. Nowacki took special care to listen, and explain every part of the procedure. He personally called Me and my family after the surgery to let us know how she was doing, and even passed along our “I love you’s” To her in recovery. I would recommend him to anyone who needs spine surgery. Dr. Nowacki is the real deal👍👍

Dr. Nowacki is a wonderful surgeon! He met with me and explained using models my issue and his plan to address it. I had back surgery and he actually called me the next day to see how I was doing! He reminds me of what old school doctors used to be. They cared and they took pride in their practice. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nowacki and the team at CNSO. When I found out I needed surgery, Dr. Nowacki was very thorough about walking me through the entire procedure (including recovery) and was even willing to spend time repeating it all at my follow-up. His surgical coordinator Gaby was also amazing at making sure I had all of my necessary pre-op appointments lined up and helping me out with any paperwork I needed filled out for work. Not even two-weeks post-op I am in so much less pain than I was before that I know I made the right choice with CNSO/Dr. Nowacki. Thank you so much!

Very detailed doctor.

My name is Shaleeka Grove, I am a patient of Dr. Doug Nowacki, MD spine surgeon. This review is not to boost up my doctors clients but more so my testimony. I’ve working for New Jersey Transit for almost 21 yrs. And during those 21yrs I’ve experienced multiple bus accidents at no fault of my own. After being told over and over again by doctors that I have been sent to multiple times who took no M.R.I’s, didn’t seem to interested in my complaints and concerns regarding my injuries but more so exactly how much money my company can save by telling not only me but my company there is nothing wrong with me. Leaving me to be in constant pain for over 12yrs!!! Can you imagine being in pain for over 12yrs, taking 4 ibuprofens to get through an 8hr or longer shift? Sitting for long hours driving a bus and now a LightRail Train? In constant pain, trying to do the job you but now being unable to sit, stand, walk or lay down comfortably or even sleep all without no medication!! With this doctors help, his know, expertise and listening to me, taking my concerns into consideration and magical hands, on August 9th I finally felt relief. With Dr. D. Nowacki performing my first ever “neck surgery” which I was very afraid to have but k ew it must be done, felt immediate relief. I am able to move both hands, raise my arms above my head, walk around longer than 10 minutes without being in pain. Sleep comfortably but most of all return not just back to my job but a normal lifestyle. I highly recommend this doctor and the staff to anyone that has the same problems or worse than mine. Very fortunate to have Dr Nowacki as my surgeon. He made sure I understand the root cause of my health issue and all treatment options available, and he does not rush you with surgical intervention. His office staff are very nice and helpful as well.

I received treatments at CNSO after experiencing severe neck pain in late 2022. I was treated by Dr Nowacki and the pain management staff at CNSO. I received a cervical epidural injection in late December and have been pain free since! Thank you Dr Nowacki, and all of the staff at CNSO

Back pain is no joke, and consulting with Dr. Nowacki was the stress reliever I needed. After reviewing my X-rays, he took AMPLE time explaining the source of my back problem clearly, in detail, and answered all my questions. He presented me with a conservative course of action, starting with physical therapy. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Nowacki is a gifted, experienced, caring, personable, kind Orthopaedic surgeon. Upon the initial consultation to every single appt afterwards, he takes his time, explains every single detail to each individual, their spouses, family members (such as current situation, Dx, diagnostic test results, MRI, X-rays, plan of Tx, actual surgery details, what recovery will be, feel like, recommending rehab options, subsequent visits. He puts a human touch to everything he does. I am able to again have a life of about 70% of what I was, because I couldn’t walk before meeting him. He is fantastic at his profession. I would, will recommend him to anyone, and already have several times 👍
