Service with a smile, along with competitive prices and speedy delivery. Nothing is too much trouble. My last driver Leon delivered my order into bunker no problems at all.

Fantastic service from K G Smith again, this is the second time we have used them for our annual winter fuel delivery. First class service from all, the helpful and friendly office staff, this year's driver was Neil who was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them again next year.

Driver MARK just delivered my coal order, must say what a pleasant man he is. I appreciated the phone call yesterday to advise approximate time of delivery and Mark was on time, actually slightly early, which for the distance he came was good. The service from KG Smith is excellent. I’ve used them for a number of years and have always been very impressed both with the staff who take my telephone order and all the delivery drivers. Mark, the driver today, is no exception. He arrived at the allotted time and stacked the bags of coal in our bunker. It makes it so much easier for me.

We are extremely pleased with the service from KG Smith & Son. This is our first time ordering with this company after our local coal merchants closed their business. The ordering process was handled very efficiently, and we were told what day it would be delivered. We were kept up to date via text, and received a call the day before with an expected time of delivery which was spot on. Considering they had to come from Northampton to Essex was excellent! The driver Mark, was very helpful and friendly and we will, most definitely be using this company again.

Our delivery man Mark is amazing he puts my mum’s coal where my mum needs them and is so kind my mum is 89 and I’m so grateful to him can’t thank him enough.
