Tried out their pilot program of a 4-person 'shared unit' for my college student to store her dorm room belongings over the summer. The unit was immaculate, affordable and they made it easy to coordinate moving in and out. We will definitely be using them again in Spring 2025.

I have had Central Storage for years. Never had a problem and the office staff is just wonderful. I have rented in Middleburgh and Cobleskill. I moved at one point and at that time they had none available in Middleburgh, which it wouldn't be such a nuisance to move my items back to Middleburgh, because it is closer, but both sites are great. And the improvements keep coming.

No one knows how to answer a phone there and there automated messaging system is broken and none of the inputs work and you just sit there and listen to the same message over and over again

Thank you for your feedback. We take all of our customers reviews very serious. At Central storage we pride ourselves on our customer service and always having a live person for customers to speak with. Recently we switched over our phone systems and unfortunately it didn’t go as expected. The issue has been fixed now and we apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Used Central Storage for over a year and finally getting stuff out this month. VERY happy with the customer service I received from Linda in the office for the entire time- thank you! The unit was clean, well lit, easy access, and never had water or weather damage.
