Our clinic is often busy, with appointments booked 8 to 12 weeks in advance, which can make last-minute accommodations challenging. While our staff did their best to assist you during your visit, I understand this situation may not have met your expectations. Regarding your request to transfer sessions to another branch, our policy requires that sessions be completed at the original location first. This policy helps us manage our schedules effectively. We take all feedback seriously and strive to maintain a respectful environment for both clients and staff. We cannot tolerate abusive behavior, and if this occurs again, we may not be able to accommodate you for your remaining sessions. If you’d like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to reach out. We value your feedback and hope to resolve this matter constructively.
