Great service from the Chaps at Computer Buddies.
Problems with a slow running overheating PC were resolved (now quiet as a whisper) and also managed to retrieve data that had been accidentally formatted over on an external drive.
Can highly recommending them!

Went to computer buddies today as my daughter’s Chromebook had broke and I’d seen good Reveiws on line. They were so helpful and within a few hours had me an answer of what was wrong. Unfortunately it was not worth repairing but the lovely guy very kindly gave me advise of where to buy and also wouldn’t take any money for looking at it for me. Businesses like this are rare and deserve all the success they can get. Thank you from a very technophobe mum who could have easily got ripped off by someone else :)

Fixed my issue in half an hour, they also had the pc running when I got there to show its working so I really appreciate that. Such sweet people too. Will 100% be coming here if I ever have issues again 😁

Ben rescued me when I was having a major laptop crisis last week and I truly can never thank him enough. I am a doctoral student and was about to lose a year's work... Ben, you saved my career!!! To top it off, he was so kind and compassionate that he wouldn't even take any money from me for his help. Anyone in need of computer/IT help in Chester, I can't recommend these guys enough. Apple iMac Repair
I run a small business and rely on my iMac and MacBook! The iMac completely froze on startup on Tuesday morning so called Computer Buddies Hoole. Dropped it off and the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently and I'm now back up and running with a now faster computer! Extremely happy with the quality of service and delighted I have found a local Apple specialist I can rely on and trust!

Laptop was goosed taken in to see what could be done.
Nothing as motherboard was faulty too expensive to fix as toughbook.
No charge!! Customer service was next to nothing and not known in todays environment.
You are stars thank you.
Bought another and changed the hard drive and memory and fixed.
Thanks for your service as the software was 2 years of work and would be knackered without your service.
