Took my laptop for repair, but notice that it wasn’t turning off when I close it. It was pass 30 day warranty but they still took care of the repair. They went above and beyond for customers. Josh, Austin and Alex are amazing!!!! Highly recommend to everyone

Very honest. Had an iPad with something jammed in the charging port. Josh was so nice, dropped what he was doing and removed the jam. All he asked was to keep him in mind for any future needs with devices/computers. This will be my local go to from now on out.

Costumer service was great and very easy. They worked very fast and got back to me quickly. My only concern is I got my battery replaced/repaired here and only less than a half a yr later the battery is faulty.

Sorry about the battery we don’t manufacture them. It has been nine months since we replaced it and offered a discount on the new one to help. Not sure how we only earned a 3 star as we did everything we could. Please make sure you drain your battery once per month before charging it. If you leave it plugged in and never exercise the battery that will shorten the life.

I stopped in looking for a screw that I wasn’t able to find at Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. and this was kind of my last hope. I asked if they would be able to help me out and the girl at the front desk was more than happy to help and even found the screw I was looking for. That was my first time in there and now I know if I ever have any issues with my electronics this is the first place I will give my business to. Very friendly and helpful 10/10 recommend
