We use Computer Magic (CM) for our IT needs. They are always quick to respond when we have an issue or concern. We recently completed a monumental move of our location and the CM team completed the task effectively, efficiently, and with minimal disruption. They were very accommodating to what seemed like a constantly changing schedule. I know I can always call them for any concern or issue that comes up. They will walk through options with you and help to find the most workable solution. The best part? They are genuinely a good group of people and fun to chat with. Thanks, CM!

When we hired Computer Magic our IT items were a complete mess. They came in and spent hours organizing, cleaning up, and talking us through items that we wouldn't have even thought about. The support that this company gives is simply Magical! They are always very polite and don't make you feel bad that your not "techy". Computer Magic, Came in a fixed a IT mess we had from our previous supplier. They have given us the tools we needed to go from 15 person company to now almost 70. They ask the right questions to not only fix issues but prepare us for were we are headed. Great Company. Amazing Service.

Computer Magic is simply the best. Being an online store for the past 20 years, we had our fair share of IT firms. Tom, Brandon, and the team are prompt, respectful, tech savvy and smart. We signed on with their very affordable Gold Plan and immediately our network was revised to best fit our needs. No more worrying if something goes down or we need an update done - it's all taken care of! And they worked with us (at no additional cost) to integrate a new inventory software. So grateful to have found them!

Great communication through a very complex process of updating a dated server system, sorting through our dozens of work stations. We're on site to troubleshoot a problem with our network prior to us being a client. Computer Magic earned our business based on the exemplary customer service alone. They were willing to work around our busy schedule, nearly autonomous, and followed through and delivered exactly what they said they would. Highly recommend!!
