Recently I had both a closing inspection and a 10th-month inspection, along with a radon test, conducted by Rob and his team. I’m thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. Just want to share my experience First of all they were incredibly responsive, always available to answer my calls or texts and providing clarity at every step of the process. As a first-time homebuyer, this level of communication gave me peace of mind. Additionally, the detailed inspection reports were invaluable. They provided clear documentation, including photos, which helped me understand exactly where issues were located and how to address them. Rob and his team were patient and thorough in answering all my questions during the inspection, ensuring I felt confident moving forward. The inspector was really responsive and communicated with us very well. The inspection report was detailed, and a summary report of the more urgent issues. The FLIR photos were a great addition so I know what hidden issues may arise. I am pleased with the inspection and I will be using them again if I buy another house in the area.

The inspection was very thorough. They provide 2 reports. One summary report highlighting the issues to be fixed. Other report detailing the complete inspection. They were available for re-inspection as well and were very responsive for questions asked. I would highly recommend them and would also work with them in future for other inspection needs.

Tyler Conley performed an incredibly thorough home inspection for us, at a fair price. The inspection report was sent promptly and was easy to understand, supported with lots of pictures. We will definitely use Tyler again if we ever need another inspection.
