NBN refused to replace our old Telstra cable to the first point. I searched the internet and found Connectcom who service most Sydney Suburbs. I spoke to Sam who gave me a quote to replace the old cable. Sam arrived at my premises at the specified time. He then went above and beyond to do the job as it proved more difficult than first thought. On completion he only charged the price quoted. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Connectcom for all your cabling needs.

I had a patch panel issue and rather than charging me I was given enough information over the phone to fix it myself. The person who helped me was very kind and thoughtful and guided me on trying a few options before engaging his service. If you want an honest person that genuinely cares about you than I highly recommend this company.

We have been having issues with wifi and connectivity with the our house and granny flat for ages . So glad I rang Sam because now it all works beautifully. Sam was very prompt and informative. Couldn't be happier!

We've used Sam twice now (for our old flat and our new house) and both times he's managed to resolve any internet issues that we've been struggling with, on the day and in quick time. Very professional, friendly and hard working - would recommend him to anyone (especially if you have issues with your internet with Optus and they say they'll send a technician around, they wont.)

I was in need of repair to a damaged ethernet cable for my internet and phone. I contacted Sam and he was able to see me the next day. He quickly repaired the cable and checked everything was working. I was told I could contact him if I had any questions. I am very happy with the service from Connectcom and would definitely call them again if I have any cabling/internet issues.

My partner found Sam and Connectcom Sydney by chance and we were beyond happy with their services. Sam was very helpful and attentive from the beginning to the end! We initially messaged Sam in regards to our internet/modem related issues, he was quick to check out our problem free of charge, explained the best course of action and gave us a reasonable price to fix it for us. Sam went above and beyond by recommending and purchasing our new modem for us (we thought this to be the easiest approach and it was added to our quote), he even made sure to keep the modem cable hidden/neat and made the whole process just super easy, efficient and just overall really well done. I rang Sam after another nbn person didn't want the job. He asked when I wanted it done and was even willing to come on the public holiday. It was not a simple job but Sam was not deterred. He worked quickly, explained everything as he went, was very reasonable and extremely professional. He knows what he's doing !

We had Sam come over to our place to install data cabling. It was a very challenging installation due to the difficulty in accessing the data point room from the basement subfloor. Sam did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. He corrected several faults and weak connections to reinstate our internet and tv/ streaming and ensured everything was running smoothly. In particular he patiently and clearly explained everything so we technically poor people understood how to continue using. So pleased we went with Connectcom!

I would really like to express my gratitude to Connectcom Sydney. We were having problems with internet access to our granny flat and I made a dire call to Connectcom Sydney on Monday morning. Sam came out within 30 minutes and solved the issue which Optus failed to do. Sam also gave us invaluable information and recommendations and even set up our tenant's internet (forgot the technical terms lol). I highly ...did i mention highly???? recommend Connectcom Sydney if you want fast, efficient and reliable work done be it commercial or residential....
