Very helpful staff

Easily the worst customer service I've ever experienced when sending my gc2300 in for a service and list of repairs. Not only did it take over 2 months to get my tractor back but they also went over the quote by nearly double. I called about 4 times during the 2nd month for updates and all I ever got was "we're waiting for an oil filter". Nothing to indicate any unforseen issues. I would not recommend this place for service work to anyone.

Bought a used Ventrac contour mower out of the Rockwood location and dealt with salesman Chris Smart and it was a professional and courteous experience eventhough it was over the phone as many hundreds of kilometers separate us as I live in central Qc and they are in central Ontario. Service and help have been exceptionnal and truly appreciate what the purchasing experience was like and the aftersales as well as I have gotten follow ups and help all along! Highly recommend the store, especially the salesman aforementioned!

For once it was a good experience buying a new mower. Christopher Smart was a pleasure to buy from, he answered all my questions and didn't try to push me one way or the other, told me what I needed to know and was up front with any issues that may come up. All in all it was a great experience.

These people are incredible to deal with, my 17 year old lawn tractor packed it in and when I called the company who I usually deal with for small engine service and they recommended Connect Equipment and I am happy they did. It was very refreshing dealing with a company that knows about the products they sell, Scott (sales) was a pleasure to deal with.

I’d give Chris Smart 10 stars if I could. I came in looking for a compact tractor. Chris showed me a few different options and set me up with the right one for what I need it for. Not only did Chris go above and beyond but so did Rick in the parts department helping me out with an issue I’ve been trying to solve for quite some time. If I owned a shop I know I’d sure want guys like Chris and Rick working there. 10 ⭐️
