I own Board and Brush Creative Studio South Hadley and when my mac went down my business paused!!! I am so glad I went here instead of a big box store! I had my max screen repaired here TWICE! BOTH times I got my mac book pro back fast and at a cost lower then every store and side store I went to! I am completely satisfied with the service and will be back for all my tech needs hands down!

Super nice guy!!! I had some hair get stuck in my fans on my laptop and he was great help. I don’t have much knowledge on laptops, but when taking off the back of the laptop he explained to me the functions of things as well as why my issue happened the way it did. I appreciated his help a lot and I haven’t had any issues since :)

My gaming laptop came down with a "cold" last Friday night. Less than 24 hours later Tom at Control Alt Delete had it up and running clean as could be and protected with a 2 year antivirus service. Highly recommend for quick, effective computer services.

Excellent service and turn around time, but just shy of 30 days, laptop exhibiting same problem!! Hope to return it to Tom for repair, FREE as stated in their warranty...
Tom replaced my LCD screen..no charge for his service..minimal cost for new 'touch' capable screen!!

Molly, the first time we changed your hard drive and re-installed OS and transferred all files. lol. This time your screen broke. So 2 different issues. We will change your LCD. We will not charge you our service/labor time but you still have to buy the LCD, which is not much. Thank you for your feedback.

Wow. Every time I stopped by with my computer problems, Tom and his staff fixes it so quickly, which I appreciate. They explain each time what and why the problems appeared. They fix it and tell me if it happens next time - what to do. Tom is so professional and friendly - I bring donut and coffee each time I go there over last 20 years or so. Thank you Tom. U R DA BEST.

Most courteous and efficient service I’ve had! I walked in with a laptop that I just couldn’t turn on and was out in minutes with the issue resolved saving me the cost of buying a new laptop which would have paled in comparison to the machine I had invested in. I thought it had it’s time, but Tom brought it back to life!

This place is awsome. I came in scared it was the end of my computer but it turned out to be a simple fix, I met with Tom he was super friendly and gave me good advice on how to keep my laptop in good shape. I will definitely come back again if and when I have more computer issues.
