The team at Moreland Conveyancing were so supportive and fantastic in our mission to buy a new home that I can't imagine how the service could have been better. Past experience with conveyancers had been quite painful (poor communication, issues with final inspection condition not dealt with and so on) so we were very deliberate in choosing a team that we felt would be our advisors and partners in the process throughout. They didn't disappoint.

Tom had been sending me his thoughts and helpful observations on properties we were interested in for a year (at no cost) before we finally got one, and after purchasing Andrea took over and made it all happen seamlessly. We hardly needed to do anything, everything was explained and they were extremely quick to respond on everything we ever asked. They were proactive on property inspection concerns we had, letting the owner know ahead of time what our expectations were on some items, which prevented potential issues, and they were calm and friendly through every step. I basically managed all of it via email with them, which reduced the time I had to take out of my work days to call this or that person as the steps progressed. Faultless execution - hence my glowing review.

Buying or selling is stressful enough - save yourself a headache and hire these guys as your conveyancers.
