A truly memorable and amazing experience. I loved everything about this cooking class!! Both Paola and Mario are extremely welcoming, encouraging, and just overall lovely. We had THE BEST time. If only every day could be spent cooking with them!:) I HIGHLY recommend taking this class. You will not be disappointed!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a cooking class with Paola and Mario in their home in the Florence country side. This was an incredible experience where we laughed, learned and had an incredible time with incredible food! Their family is wonderful and so welcoming that my family and I felt right at home! At the end of the class we all sat together and enjoyed the 4 course meal that we made together and I even got to refresh on my Italian with Paola’s mother who was so sweet. I look forward to referring this class to any of my friends visiting, as well as hoping to take a class with them again in the future!

Not only was our cooking class engaging and instructive for both kids and adults alike, a highlight of the evening was enjoying the fruits of our labor with the delightfully charming Paola and Mario on their patio as the sun was setting. Tomato and basil bruschetta, spinach gnudi and tiramisu, accompanied by lively conversation, views of their olive groves and a special visit by their adorable dog, Sachi = an unforgettable experience!

A wonderful experience in Tuscany! Truly a highlight of our week in the Tuscan countryside. I would highly recommend this informative and fun cooking class. It would be great for both beginner and intermediate level cooks. I would suggest choosing meals that are local to the Tuscan region, as you will learn recipes that you may never try again. Elia was a great, cool teacher and it was quite the experience to be able to make acquaintances with him and Gaia.

What a wonderful experience! Paola and her family welcomed us into their wonderful home and we felt like we had known them for years. The instruction was wonderful and the relaxed atmosphere in the kitchen felt like a family holiday gathering. The family recipes Paola shared and the food we prepared produced a delicious meal. Sharing dinner with Paola and family was a terrific way to end the evening.

Cooking with Paola was a highlight of our vacation in Tuscany! My husband and I loved cooking with Paola and Mario and meeting their adorable dog. We got to choose what we cooked and learned many things in the process that we have utilized since returning home in the US. We especially loved eating the dinner and desserts with Paola and Mario after all of the cooking and connecting as new friends. Definitely recommend!!

A couple of days ago, we had the best experience, an authentic Italian cooking class, in Tuscany, in a beautiful Villa. Paola and Mario were the most welcoming, best cooks and teachers we could ask For. We Learned to do some delicious dishes, and made some Good friends, I am sure we are gonna see again! We were welcomed into Paola and Mario’s home and had an amazing experience with the most genuine family learning to cook authentic Italian dishes. Highlight of our 10 day trip traveling through Italy. I hope to see them again. The cooking class anyone traveling near Firenze needs to experience.

We had the best time in our personal cooking class with Paola in her beautiful Tuscan home! She & her husband were the most gracious hosts. They explained everything so well and made it not only a learning culinary experience but enjoyable as well. Highly recommend!!

There are not enough words to describe what an incredible and beautiful experience cooking with Paola was. When looking for a cooking class in Tuscany, we stumbled upon Paola’s class and were immediately eager to book once we saw what the experience provided versus other general cooking classes in the region. We were able to construct our own four course meal to cook along with a tasting of their delicious olive oil that they harvest at their own farm and a tasting of local wines (and of course a delicious homemade traditional limoncello to end the meal.) The food was fresh and delicious, but was even more beautiful, were Paola and Mario, who welcomed us into their stunning historic 1300s home and provided us with an authentic Tuscan experience like no other. Not only is Paola a talented and knowledgable chef, we learned so much about the art of cooking and the Italian traditions that she incorporates in her cooking today. Paola and her husband, Mario, are sweet, warm, and genuine souls who made us feel right at home and taught us so much about Italian culture and cooking. It was like cooking dinner with your Italian family. They were so accommodating. We were able to make burrata, homemade pasta, peposo, and molten chocolate cakes all from scratch with ingredients sourced from their farm. After this experience, we are positive we will remain close friends with Paola and Mario for years to come. Despite traveling through all of the wonders of France and Italy, cooking in Chianti with Paola was by far the highlight of our honeymoon. We will be incorporating her knowledge and recipes into our home and we will DEFINITELY be returning to make more authentic Italian cuisine.

Paola & Mario came to cook for us in our villa and we had the most amazing experience! The food Paola cooked was so delicious and Mario was so entertaining and told such fun stories! I hope to come back and take a cooking class with them one day!!
