How do I start???? Oh I know, WARNING! People please be advised with caution when letting strangers into your home. I know we all panic when we have issues with home repairs. But thru that panic you can allow someone to take advantage of you in that vulnerable moment. A lot of HVAC companies don’t practice integrity and will send a door to door salesman to provide service for you. I’m my case that’s what happened dealing with Semper Fi. First visit he got me. All I needed was freon but was charged for a part and labor that I didn’t need plus the freon. Second time they had sent the same guy, aka Alberto Hernandez who is a con artists. My instincts were correct. Right before he left he then tries to sell me on a $1200 vent cleaning service. My home is 4 1/2 years old I wouldn’t need that. I’ve done research. A typical cleaning is $350 to $400 dollar range. The higher end of it is $1000 bucks. But that is extreme and also depends on size of home. I’m in a townhouse that’s 2200 sq feet upstairs and down stairs and we barely use the ac or heat. But nonetheless he was going to see how deep my pockets were. SMH is this what companies have sub comb to? The almighty dollar? People if Alberto or any HVAC guy shows up with the “I’m so friendly vibe”, it’s a scam. Real workers get to work. They fix problems with a honest solution. Be careful and do your research before calling any company. Be cause narcissistic traits are sought after when hiring these day!

Ken Rymel was the tech - and man was he awesome. He went above and beyond troubleshooting some shady-ass wiring job that was already in place. He stayed late and said he wasn't leaving until it was figured out. Countless trips up on the roof in this wind.

Ken was a great tech and told me about the issues w my heater and a/c. Gave me all options and allowed me to make the decision that worked best for my family. I would definitely recommend the company and Ken.

My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of Britt Aquino and his partner when they came and replaced the furnace, condenser, ac unit, wiring etc all that came with the job he. Was doing. Britt explained everything he was going to do before he did it. It was an all day thing that they felt like family by the end of the day. Thank you Britt Aquino and your partner for a great job done.

Ihad a great time with Alain Sanchez. Very sociable, and knowledgeable of the AC system and made recommendations. We set up a time, for work to begin.

We had a positive experience with Semper Fi. The rep who came to inspect our old equipment was very thorough and explained some questionable wear we noticed on equipment that had been improperly installed prior to our purchasing our home. We opted to update our heating and air with energy-efficient options and benefited from the energy-tax credits. The installation team arrived promptly the next day to install and cleaned up everything afterwards. We are grateful to know our heating and air needs are in great hands going forward.

I had two separate service calls, one for my heat pump check and the other for the water heater flush. Both tech were very professional and punctual. I would recommend this company!

Albert Hernandez came out to check and discover why our 1 yr. old HVAC was not producing any heat. Come to find out the compressor, I believe, had burned out. He showed where the connection had sparked and shorted, melting the sleeve around the connection. He explained everything plus showed me the damage. He also explained the extended 10 yr. warranty available. Thank you Albert for your time and your kindness in taking the time to show me your findings and explaining how it issue may have occurred. I truly appreciated you taking the time to ensure I understood not only the problem but the warranty extension as well. Job well done!

One of our 25 years old HVAC system went down. Semper Fi Heating and Cooling customer service department was so amazing and was able to send a technician the following day, and we are so grateful for that. Alain Sanchez is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He was transparent and clearly explained to us what went wrong with our heating system. He then presented the possible course of actions to choose from; (1) Repair a short-circuited control board with other associated issues that were a major concern or (2) Purchasing new equipment with several options to choose from and available financing as well. With those possible options available, my husband and I, decided to move forward in purchasing (2) new HVAC equipment for our family's security and peace of mind. Installation went very well the following day. Kudos to the most competent and hardworking technicians - Rene, Jacob and 2 more in the team! Thank you all for an excellent job and you are all indeed great assets to the company!!! My family highly recommends Semper Fi for all your Heating and Cooling projects as they have the most reliable and highly trained technicians! Thank you Semper Fi🤗
