Hidden Gem within Central Chester - Great Location Reviews

Great place, lovely inside the flat and still deserving of 5*. But as I have read in other reviews dating back to early last year, the pigeon infestation in the upper stairwell is awful and something that I did think would have gone by now considering it was being looked into last year. The faeces comes down the stairs into the main hall. Once you have run past this towards the flat it is great but the pigeon part isn’t it. Great stay apart from that though thank you

the flat itself was beautiful, however it was advertised as sleeping 10 guests when it only had bed space for 9. I only found this out days before checking in which was very stressful at the time, however after raising a ticket with Airbnb support the host did provide a camp bed and change their listing description. The lockbox code for the property was also wrong, the wrong code was sent to us again at check out, thankfully we had saved the correct code (which had to be given to us by someone from the host company over the phone at check in). The location is very convenient for staying in the centre of Chester and the flat has great amenities for a large group. The block of flats/area surrounding the Airbnb did not feel safe however obviously there isn't anything the host could do about this. Parking instructions weren't clear and when I would ask the host a question I would have to ask it a few times before getting an answer. Great on a budget but communication from host needs work.

Really lovely place to stay, ideal location and the hosts were very responsive and keen to make our stay as good as possible.

Nokia’s place is well situated in close walking distance to Chester. It is nicely refurbished and decorated with four good sized bedrooms. Being on first and second floors it is not wheelchair friendly.

Great place for a business trip or even for a weekend break.

The place itself was clean and rooms were big. The flat can accommodate 8 people easily. Heating was ok. The downside was, as you enter the building Birds dropping was all over stair case and especially the first door. The first time we entered we felt unsafe but has changed on the next day. Parking was no problem.

Exceptionally clean and fantastic communication throughout our stay, would recommend.

Nice clean and tidy place, and quick response to requests. The days we were staying were really hot, and the balcony door was locked so I called them to ask where the key is. After they found out the key was lost they got a locksmith coming to change the lock. Very good service.

Great location 15 min walk to heart of city, immaculate place with all amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely hosts. Would stay again on return to Chester - thank you :)

The property we stayed in was lovely, so clean when we arrived and from booking until leaving and even after the team was so accommodating and friendly. More than willing to help with queries and questions about Chester and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend a stay with these guys more. Will definitely be using them again.

We had booked for two nights but checked out after one because the access to the property was not satisfactory with small children. Two flights of concrete stairs with an open sided passageway to the apartment was not safe for the children. Another occupier’s household rubbish had been left piled up on one of the landings and lots of pigeons use the passageway to roost, meaning that their droppings were all over the stairs (someone else had clearly slipped in some) and difficult to avoid. You need to be sure that you and your party are happy to deal with that. The inside of the flat was clean and tidy although there have been some changes to furnishings since the photographs were taken. Some of the neighbours were sitting outside all night, talking, which disturbed the sleep of some of our group but maybe if you want to party all night then this wouldn’t be a problem! The location is quite near to the centre of town so a quick 10 minute walk will see you there.

Not ideal for families but the place was ok . Near to attractions . Zoo etc .

Absolutely fantastic, within easy reach of the city centre & train station it’s perfect for all you need, clean, spacious & comfortable & secure, communication from Chris is brilliant with very quick response times whenever we needed an answer, we are hopefully booking again for next year, really do recommend Chris & his team

Stayed here for a weekend. The flat was clean and just like the pictures. Bedrooms very comfortable. Good walking distance to centre of Chester.

Nice and cosy place, good location, great stay

Chris’s place was very cozy and homely. It’s very close to the train station and town which made it very convenient for us. There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely visit again. There were 4 rooms which was prefect for us as we were a family.
