I have been a customer of Copysmart for aprox 6 years, In this time they have helped my business with reconditioned machines, Service and Breakdowns, parts and toner etc. I run 3 fuji xerox production presses and the boys have a vast knowledge of them, I have been very happy with their ongoing service and would recomend them to anyone.

For more than 20 years we were having on and off problems with the photocopiers at our office and business places. We had some extremely disappointing experiences from the repairers, in many cases, the repair would cost 4/5 times higher than the given estimated cost. This time two of our Xerox (DocuCentre) photocopiers stopped working & we were searching for a repairer, after looking at the reviews of different repair service providers we decided to call CopySmart. The technician, Marc, from CopySmart arrived and fixed a total of FOUR photocopiers, two Xerox, one Canon and one OKI, in less than 45 minutes with all four running perfectly without replacing any part of any of the machines. We found Marc as a magician rather than a technician, his screw driver as his magic wand. He is extremely sincere, really friendly and professional. Marc is equally an expert in machines’ software (IT) too. Thanks to CopySmart for using sincere and reliable technicians like Marc.

Prompt and professional, been working with George and crew for 15 years.
