Alex Pinedo was such a big help in assisting me to find my present home. He listened to me very intently so he would know what my desired criteria were. After recording my comments in his notebook, he would search out properties based on previous statements and my personal wants and needs. The showings were well organized in a logical order so gas money and time were not wasted. He did his homework! Alex had great people skills and he diligently represented me throughout the process. I would use Mr. Pineda again and am pleased to recommend him to other real estate clients.

Alex Pinedo is a great realtor! Highly recommend!! Alex helped me price my home at the right price, and we had four offers within a month! He guided me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. We had some unexpected issues with Hurricane Berryl - Alex was very supportive and offered the best advice to have us move forward in the best ways possible. Although Alex is fairly new to real estate - his drive, skills and commitment to his clients shine! I would definitely recommend working with Alex in selling or buying your home! :)
