Building a custom home is both exciting and frustrating. Turning a concept into a plan, and ultimately a home that has never been built before is an extremely complex process that has a different set of challenges every time. What we found most compelling with Landon and his team at Coregon ( other than building a beautiful home ) is their up front, frank communication - sometimes more what is needed than wanted. We also appreciate their policy of building out a complete budget up front, which limits surprises and extra costs during the build. Highly recommend.

I do not even know where to start!! From the minute we talked to Coregon about building our home it has been an amazing experience. They helped us design our dream home from scratch, it is an amazing plan that is more perfect than we could have ever imagined. They are such a talented group of people and conscientious of making this a non stressful and wonderful experience for us. AND the build quality is outstanding!! I could not recommend them more!!!

Grayson & Jim's attention to detail has made this experience much less stressful than I thought. They have let us know where we could save money to stay within our budget and what could be easily changed later on. They listened to everything we wanted from the beginning & at times would have to remind me of that when I felt overwhelmed with decisions! They are constantly staying on top of things and planning ahead, whether it's meeting sub contractors at our lot or staying in contact with the city for permits (and whatever else is needed) :) I cannot imagine going through this process with any other builder. These guys genuinely care about their clients & you can tell from the first time you meet them!
