My mother has been using a stair lift from Cork Stair Lifts for some time now, and I’m really impressed with how well it’s working out for her. John was a huge help in guiding us through the options and making sure we found the perfect fit. The lift itself is reliable, smooth, and sturdy—exactly what she needed. Their support team has also been great; they’re always quick to respond and schedule maintenance whenever it’s needed. All in all, I’m very happy we went with Cork Stair Lifts for my mother’s needs. Excellent service - Cork Stairlifts came out to fit a stairlift for my mother at very short notice (my mother had a hip injury and couldn’t come home from hospital until this was installed), and everyone was very helpful and understanding through the whole process. The product and its installation are of very high quality too.

Both my parents rely on their stairlift so when it wouldn’t work at 8 o’clock this evening there was sheer panic.Thankfully we rang John and he was out to us within the hour to fix it.He went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.Cork Stairlifts provide excellent after care service which is massively reassuring.Thanks again John.Eoin in Togher

I would highly recommend cork stair lifts, the service my grandparents received was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! They couldn’t have been anymore friendly and patient with every step. My grandparents contacted them yesterday with a small issue they were having and they were out within 10 minutes amazing service!! Both John and Ber were so easy to deal with and helpful through the process.

I'm absolutely amazed and delighted with the service I received from Cork Stairlifts. I emailed to enquire about getting a stairlift got a phonecall that very afternoon from the managing director, John to discuss my needs and a visit from him the next day to go over everything and measure up. John really put me at ease. He's a genuinely nice guy and knows his products very well. Once I had decided to go ahead with the installation, John got on the phone to head office and made space on the schedule to get my job done ASAP. He could clearly see my needs were urgent and managed to fit me in within one week. The installation team, Graham and PJ called me the morning of the installation to arrange a time for them to come to the house. When they arrived, they were extremely friendly and reassuring and got straight to work. They informed me that the job would take 3 to 4 hours to complete and it was done just after the three and a half hour mark. Once the guys had finished tidying and putting away their tools etc, I was given a complete demonstration of the chair and all of its functions. I was left feeling confident about using the chair and delighted with the new freedom it has given me. I absolutely couldn't recommend Cork Stairlifts highly enough. Five stars well earned.

Fantastic from start to finish

Absolutely delighted with the Stairlift. I would strongly recommend Cork Stairlifts. Our need to have the Stairlift as quickly as possible was made a priority. Though our stairs in a three-storey house was very complicated, the Stairlift was installed with great efficiency and in an amazingly short space of time, little more than half a day in fact. From the initial contact to the final delivery the Cork Stairlifts staff could not have been nicer an more helpful.

I contacted the company by email during the weekend expecting no reply till Monday but Bernie replied straight away. I was worried we wouldn't get the work done in time for my father moving in. John was on the ball straight away. He gave me an installation date on his first visit. They were always available to answer any questions. They ever had it installed early. I have no hesitation recommending Cork Stairlifts and they're team.
