Hello everyone - 'Council Approval Group' (CAP) helped us from the get-go!! We purchased a piece of land and after we purchased - we had no idea what to do in terms of building and starting that building, without buying a house and land package, straight up - which we had done before. Getting the land flattened out and making it ready for building - Holy cow!! We thought we knew everything. Our family have a number of disability challenges and we are building the dream, disability, compassionate house. So, 'Council Approval Group' (CAP) got that and was kind and understanding with us. This was our first time - trying to figure out what a development approval is and how to get that development approval ready and going, was way beyond us, with a family running around, at the same time. Every penny we spent on the 'Council Approval Group' was worth it. And we're not done yet, no sir-ee!! Both my husband and I are working hard to get through a number of processes in regards to the 'cut n fill' finished and we'll be going back to the 'Council Approval Group' (CAP) for a second set of instructions at getting our DA ready and finalised. It's not just about filling in a DA form, it's a number of processes before that and this was what we didn't understand. So without 'Council Approval Group' (CAP), would we be lost or what!?! There was quite a few little processes along the way and 'Council Approval Group' (CAP) started us out in figuring out where we needed to start first in the way that we had to go, so we can't thank them enough for their help and support. We are looking forward to working with them again, as we get this land ready for building our 'compassionate house'. 'Council Approval Group' (CAP) is the the best company around, at the start, in the middle and at the end of your building and council process.
