Working with Rachel at Country Floors was the best part of our renovation process. She was incredibly patient and helped me navigate a sea of choices to find just the right tile for our home. We had several rooms to design, and everything turned out perfectly. We get so many compliments. It took me many visits to the showroom and months of decision making, and Rachel took the time with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Now, I'm in a pinch with a small repair, and she is helping me again! Exceptional customer service.

Hi, can I get a response… my contractor installed the hexagon terracotta tiles and painters taped them to walk on them. The tape was removed and apparently it removed the finish, we can see a line down the room where the tape was. Is there a recommendation to repair this? Or do I need to have them removed and replaced? There is very little information on your site. Please help!

Thanks to Janelle G. she made a hard decision easy. She had the patience of a saint with us constantly changing our minds , she must have made a dozen trips into the warehouse to bring out more samples! Thanks to her we found the tile we love, look forward to working with her again!!

Rude, condescending customer facing experience. Not willing to offer help to potential customer asking for advice, all the while shaming customer for not having knowledge about tiles. Shocked about positive feedbacks here. Maybe a bad day, but live with fact that one lousy attitude towards customer will lead to perpetuated bad feedback.

I had a great experience working with Rachel from Country Floors. She got a quote out to me quickly and was very accommodating to my varied requests. The tiles arrived a month ahead of schedule and are as lovely as their website has them portrayed.

(One already on order.) More specifically, I had the pleasure of working with Christine Cardinale. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. She guided me though a few difficult issues on the job. I was glad to have found her in my hunt for a beautiful tile and a stunning design. I look forward to working with her again soon .
