I needed to have asbestos tiles removed from my basement prior to a waterproofing project. I contacted CPM and was impressed from the start. I was able to forward them a copy of my testing report and the project was priced out for me same day. When it came time for the work to be done the crew showed up on time every day and was very courteous and knowledgeable. The job they did appears of extreme high quality. I am extremely pleased and would absolutely recommend CPM.
CPM environmental is a fraud. they promised to do lead remediation and build a deck, where a floor is also a roof for the room below for $30,000 within 4 weeks. after 4 months the work has NOT been finished. More than that they just abandoned remediation, never build the deck and gave $2,500 refund. we already spent another $4,000 trying to finish lead remediation and building a deck will cost $6,500 based on proposals we get. Never deal with this liers.
