It’s really sad you would leave such a review ruby. You did’t use our business and were just offended that we asked you not to park on our clearly marked car lot while you ducked into the smoke shop. Which is quite obviously not what the parks are for. There are multiple signs saying as such.

You ducked in and ran off so quickly and when we called you kept going - and you clearly heard us- while we were trying to park one of our own cars in the spot you just took

We weren’t rude to you at all and I’m sorry you felt that way. But after being told twice we couldn’t look at you car immediately or without a booking you stormed off without giving us a chance to discuss anything.

At 4pm we were quite busy and unable to drop what we were doing for you

Dimas all we tried to do was encourage you to find a friend to help you translate as I had explained the repair 4-5 times and you kept asking me what we do next.

We felt it was in Your best interests that we are clear on what was to happen next as your car had an intermittent fault that wasn’t present at the time of testing.

We were at no stage rude, in fact quite the opposite. I explained the situation numerous times. When it became clear we were having communication issues suggested you bring someone in to help.

Even as you left I was just trying to explain that it was clear we weren’t understanding each other and just wanted you to understand what we planned on doing next and that we wanted you to bring someone in that could help us communicate.

I will also add, due to miscommunications, you had already arrived on the wrong day of your booking and we quite rude to us when we couldn’t fix your car a week early.

Mate. This needs to be a 2 way street. We can’t help you if you can’t understand us. And while we were trying our best to both understand you and explain what needed to be done, communication wasn’t going very well.

It’s really unfair of you to leave us a negative review because you couldn’t understand us. We were not rude in any way even after you were rude to us. We were just trying to help you and be clear on what was a fairly complex repair process. And being an intermittent fault that was currently not present we were just trying to be clear and thorough and make sure you understood what was happening.

At no stage did we, or have we refused to repair your car! We just wanted you to understand how we wanted to go about it before proceeding! But this is another example of how we were having communication issues, because we didn’t refuse at all.
