I am compelled to share my dreadful experience with Creative Marketing and its owner, Derek, in the hope that others can avoid the pitfalls I have faced. I engaged Creative Marketing about a year ago to build a business page for me, and the ordeal has been nothing short of a disaster. From the outset, the page was plagued with issues – laggy, unresponsive, and frequently crashing. Basic functionalities like links were dysfunctional, leading to frustration for both me and potential customers. Communication with Derek was a constant struggle, with unreasonably slow response times and a lack of urgency in addressing critical issues. It took persistent efforts on my part to get the page functioning as it should, only to discover that Derek's sudden interest in resolving problems coincided with his attempt to spring a €250 yearly charge on me, conveniently omitted from our initial agreement. What's even more alarming is that my experience is not unique. A friend faced a similar situation, receiving a hefty bill for essentially zero value provided throughout the year. The initial facade of professionalism quickly dissolves when you actually need assistance. Adding to the frustration, I've experienced financial losses and missed opportunities due to the poor state of the page Derek created. It's evident that his negligence has not only cost me money but has also driven potential customers away. To make matters worse, Derek has now deleted my business's [platform/page], an action that has prompted me to seek legal advice in this matter. It is beyond comprehension that I paid for a product that was delivered in a deplorable state, only to be asked for additional payment a year later. This lack of integrity and professionalism is unacceptable. In light of these issues, I strongly caution anyone considering Creative Marketing's services to think twice. Derek's actions have not only tarnished the reputation of his company but have also raised serious ethical concerns. I am actively seeking legal advice to address these matters and will not let such dishonest business practices go unchallenged. Save yourself the stress and potential financial loss – look elsewhere for a reliable and ethical service provider.
