As a business that started as a small family-run operation, Procare Pet Cremations has grown into one of the fastest-growing independently owned pet crematoriums in the UK. We have been honoured to receive the 'Pet Crematorium of the Year' award for 2022, 2023, and 2024. Maintaining a fleet of vehicles that are both mechanically sound and cosmetically well-maintained is crucial to us, as is ensuring our drivers can safely perform their duties on the road. For approximately five years, we worked with TomTom Telematics to manage our fleet. However, with frequent price increases, we began to feel that TomTom no longer valued the business of a smaller, yet growing, brand like ours. Their pricing structure seemed more tailored to larger corporate clients. We decided to explore alternative options and came across Crystal Ball, a fellow family-run business. Upon receiving their quotation, we were pleasantly surprised to find that their comprehensive telematics system was approximately 106% more affordable than TomTom’s. This prompted us to test their system with an initial installation in one vehicle. I must say, we have been thoroughly impressed with Crystal Ball's platform. The tracking capabilities, including the integrated smart dashcam, are outstanding. The platform offers features such as driver identification, fleet maintenance, and management, among many others. I would highly recommend Crystal Ball to any fleet manager looking to streamline operations without impacting their bottom line. The team is not only friendly and professional but their system has also proven to be extremely reliable. Having used Crystal Ball in the past I knew they would be able to deliver the type of service we were looking for. Crystal Ball adopt a customer centric approach and listen to feedback, they implement changes they feel will add value to the system and help us achieve our goals. By implementing the camera technology alongside the tracking I’m sure we will reap the benefits and see a reduction in accident rate.

We've been using Crystal Ball for our vehicle tracking for several years and we cannot speak highly enough of both the product and service we receive. Mike is extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. The system offers so many useful features, including some we never thought we'd need but now provide us with really insightful data.

After searching for trackers for our company vehicles we found that Crystal Ball could provide everything that we required. Over the years our trackers have been upgraded by Crystal Ball and work perfect. (It does exactly what it says on the tin!). Mike who works there is helpfull & sorts the engineers to visit our work place to carry out the upgrades. Marvellous Service.

Just upgraded all our cameras to new 5G enabled dual units and the process was easy and efficient. Great tracking service, quick response time to customer service enquiries and has become an essential tool to operate the business. The Driver behaviour system is an easy way to monitor our engineers driving and highlights issues quickly and the ability to access the footage from both front and inward facing cameras almost instantaneously is perfect for any issues reported. Our dedicated customer service point of contact, Michael Marshall, is always extremely helpful and tries to get queries resolved straight away.

Really good communication throughout the setting up process. Tara was really friendly and helpful. Tara sorted any initial setup glitches quickly. Also Martin really helpful and accommodating when setting up the vehicle installs of the hardware which wasn't an easy task as our vehicles are out and about a lot. Overall great service.

The app does give us issues. It is not perfect, however the customer service and help i received from Richard was amazing. Very friendly and professional in his service. Kept me updated throughout and worked hard to give me the resolution i wanted. Very impressive employee

Excellent service as always

Great company and always there when you need them, the trackers and cameras we use have never let us down and we have around 50 vans in our fleet, footage always there when requested thanks all at crystal ball

Well now. Crystal Ball are now my go to for tracking and cameras, you should make them yours too! We moved from Radius to Crystal Ball after continuous fails in equipment and breaking their contract. Their tracker isn't compatible with their cctv, despite what the sales department will tell you. Enter stage left Tara and the Crystal Ball team. WOW, we had a teams meeting with our directors to see what was on offer, exactly what we wanted and our previous supplier promised, yet didn't supply!Install happened over 2 days, set up was a doddle, the interface is really easy use, and the information you can pull out of it is really useful.

We are a service based company in London and have been using Crystal Ball for many years. The customer service is brilliant, from the back office to the technicians, everyone is really helpful and knowledgeable. The software is user friendly and a great management tool. Moreover, there are continuous feature updates which is a value add! Would highly recommend to use Crystal Ball.

Toju was fast and efficient dealing with our problem

Our nationwide fleet has used Crystal Ball for several years for tracking and dashcam services, and I was introduced to this system when I joined the company 3 years ago. Crystal Ball have a very personal touch and bookings are reliable, followed through and more importantly, invoiced correctly! Although the portal is easy to use, it has recently received an upgrade, which is perhaps not as intuitive as it was (although admittedly, it may be down to this user). The Service Team is always extremely helpful, patient and friendly, and understand when a request needs to be prioritised following an incident. The recent addition of being able to request footage directly from the portal can also be a huge benefit when time is of the issue. Thank you for making fleet management that little bit easier when things get busy!

Used on our fleet of vehicles. Very good system. Built in dash cam has helped us prove accidents were not our fault saving us from costly claims against us. Highly recommended.
