Zero stars is not possible.Flight got delayed by 15hrs in total, by being pushed every 2hrs for next 2 hrs , hence we could not leave airport. Company operators in the airports highly unprofessional and could only say follow the schedule table and call support service line, when support on the phone asked to raise any questions to stuff in the airport. We were provided 8 eur voucher during 15 hrs delay, no information given about other benefits during such long delay, stuff barely speaking English. Time to review claim and provide compensation is communicated as 60+days. This company is not about customer neither servise. Well done ČSA!

Super Flug ! Brno - Marsa Alam Super Flug ! Wir sind von Brünn nach Marsa Alam geflogen und waren sehr skeptisch und besorgt auf Grund der vielen schlechten Bewertungen. Hinflug mit einer Smartwings Maschine und Rückflug mit Czech Airline. Beide Flüge waren völlig in Ordnung, die Maschine sauber, das Board Personal ausgesprochen freundlich! Alles wurde in Englisch übersetzt. Der Check in hat problemlos funktioniert und das Personal am Flughafen war ebenfalls sehr nett! Macht euch keine Sorgen und genießt den Flug!!!

Constamment en retard J’effectue régulièrement des vols entre Paris et Prague depuis 5 ans. Je ne peux me rappeler que d’un seul vol sans incident ! Cette compagnie aérienne est CONSTAMMENT en retard ! Et cela engendre à chaque fois des coups supplémentaires pour moi car j’habite à Brno et je dois rebooker mes tickets de bus car on ne peut rien prévoir en avance avec Czech Airlines ! Aujourd’hui mon avion avait plus de 2h de retard, sans grande communication et sans excuse. J’ai dû racheter des tickets de bus deux fois pour ensuite rentrer chez moi ! Une catastrophe, c’est la dernière fois que j’utilise cette compagnie.

0 customer services Worse Airline I've ever Taken, the flight is late and the they still have bad attitude and they don't care because the delay is less than 3hours, they are abusing that loophole.... Verifying each baggage, even for 100g they'll demand for extra charge

Mauvaise expérience dès le départ Nous avons fait une seule réservation pour deux et à l’enregistrement ils nous ont remit des cartes d’embarquement avec des places différentes. Aucune solution nous a été proposée ( en dehors d’un payement en plus)

Nefasta compañía y maleducados Nefasta compañía, maleducados, amenazan. Son unos estafadores, fuimos de valencia a praga con la maleta de cabina y allí nos hicieron facturarlas, dos maletas de cabina que no pesaban ni 8kg, nos cobraron 110€, cuando ya las teníamos pagadas desde Valencia. No la recomiendo nada, encima no son nada puntuales Hemos viajado mucho y nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia igual... No vuelo nunca más con esta compañía Nefasta y maleducados es poco Despues de cobrarte cuando recoges la maleta está rota

No manner how to talk to customer Horrible customer service and manner of staff very impolite and rude. I do not recommend at all very uneducated personel to handle and inform situation overall very rude even how to explain little things during takeoff and landing.

La compagnie nationale pire qu'un mauvais low cost La formule 8 kg avec contrôle des valises d'une amabilité inexistante. Des sièges en carton : oui vous ne rêvez pas un tissu recouvre les sièges et à l'intérieur c'est du papier avec des barres de fer qui vous rentre dans le dos et si le passager arrière mesure plus d'1.70 m vous allez sentire ses genoux dans votre dos tout le voyage. Bien entendu tout est payant à bord mais c'est une compagnie nationale donc ça reste un peu choquant. les 2 vols en retards sans explications. bref je préfère les low costs qui sont des 4 étoiles à côté

Dear team CSA, It's impolite to say that the company you work for is really unprofessional. There is no contact via email, I wanted to contact to compensate properly but still cannot contact. Well, the switchboard only supports Czech language. Sorry for not double-checking the information before paying, because your website is quite bad. So it was also my big mistake, my Czech friend called the switchboard to tell the reason but still did not accept it. I booked tickets for my boyfriend and his friends for a total of nearly 24,000 czk and wanted to ask for a refund from the airline but couldn't, and I'm a student and I have to refund them a huge amount of money myself. I also filed for a refund and the company refunded 697kc compared to 5873kc :))) It seems you guys know how to steal customers' money. Thank you.

Vol en retard et sans reponse depuis septembre 2023 pour le remboursement du billet Notre vol est retardé de 3h pour la destination à Prague le 04/09/2023 vers 19h55. Par consequence, il n’avait plus de train pour aller à Karlove Vary notre 1ere nuit de l’hôtel. Nous sommes obligés de réserver la nuit chez IBIS Old Town à Prague. Dans l’avion en attendant, nous n’avion pas plus de l’information et l’équipe ne nous proposait pas de boisson récompensée non plus. Nous avons fait deux reclamations pour le remboursement du billet et sans aucune reponse jusqu´à ce jour.

Naprostý vrchol. Při letu z Malagy jsem po opuštění letadla zjistil, že mi chybí jedna taška. Ihned jsem se snažil zkontaktovat společnost, nikdo ale telefon na reklamacích zavazadel nebral. Společnost mě ignoruje a tašku jsem doteď nedostal. Jsem si jistý, že zavazadlo ukradl personál - buď letušky, nebo úklid. Celou věc vyšetřuje policie, doufám v potrestání a dopadení zlodějů z ČSA.
