This company was on a short list of recommended data recovery companies with good, honest reputations. (Just check out Reddit) They recovered everything from my 1tb HDD after my laptop crashed and started clicking. I was very pleased with the process, communication, and the safety of my data.

Scott was great. He walked me through the whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. I sent them a drive which could no longer be recognized in the bios and they recovered almost everything and got it back to me very quickly. It was an expensive reminder to maintain backups but if the data is really important to you these are they guys to call.

I work for an aerial survey company and we had damage to one of our data drives with a day's worth of flying on it that we were not able to recover. Data Savers retrieved all of the data that was lost and we did not have to re-fly any of that data, saving us thousands of dollars. We are very happy with the quality of service and the turn around. Data Savers and Scott are AMAZING! I found them via Reddit in the data recovery sub, where they were listed as one of the most trusted data recovery places in Atlanta. Truly, Data Savers was a godsend when my external drive suddenly crashed and I lost everything - my wedding photos, childhood videos, old essays, basically my whole life. Not only did Scott and his team work quickly, they were incredibly communicative and had my drive fixed within 24 hours!
But more importantly, Scott and his team went above and beyond to help me - it turned out that Western Digital (the company of my faulty external drive) sent me ANOTHER faulty drive, Scott even helped me transfer the photos again to one of his own drives at no extra cost.

Data Savers definitely lives up to their name. We had a broken hard drive that we thought for sure was not going to be able to be saved. The data on this drive was particularly important as it dealt with a very high-profile customer. Not only did the data get retrieved but the cost was significantly lower than surrounding competitors. this is the only place I will go in the future, and I recommend you do the same.
