I had a wonderful experience with David as our HOA manager. I was new to the HOA and he guided me patiently and taught me many invaluable lessons about running a HOA. He brought us up to date on California law and encouraged us to be proactive with caring for our aging buildings. He knowledge is vast, and his people skills are second to none.
