My mum passed away three years ago, and I was so fortunate that the care home recommended Dean Harper and his colleagues. Recently I found myself having to arrange my father's funeral, and asking Dean again to look after my dad was an obvious choice. The care and support that Dean provides is second to none. I knew that my father was in safe hands, and Dean and his team guided me every step of the way, through the admin and organisation in the first few days, and then on the day of the funeral itself. They made everything so much easier for me, and their care is exemplary. I am so grateful to them, and would recommend them to all who are in the sad position of needing their services.

As a family we could not have been happier with the service we received, under very sad circumstances. We said we wanted a requiem mass in England, followed by land/sea travel back to Dublin for a burial in Dad's home city. Dean Harper's FD organised everything in a very professional manner with all details considered. They drove my father right through to the FD's premises in Dublin. We found it a very smooth process, which helped so much when grief is hard to manage. I wholly recommend this company to anyone else, as I am sure the service we received is of the standard provided to others. Thank you.

Dean and his team very caringly took care of everything when we said goodbye to my father in law. Nothing was too much trouble and the patience was endless. I cannot recommend Dean and also Anna enough. Even when mums new shoe split completely and there was a dental incident too you took it all in your stride while we believe Dad had the last laugh! Would highly recommend Dean and his team as they support and cared for us from start to finish in dealing with our recent passing of a loved one, every detail is taken care of and nothing felt rushed or pressured throughout the whole process and the flowers provided were absolutely beautiful.

Due to a long and drawn out illness my Mother had chance to plan her own funeral and she chose Dean Harper Funeral Directors for when the time came.
As I live outside Walsall I wasn't familiar with Dean and his team, but from the moment Mom passed away everything was arranged by Dean and his team, and all of Mom's wishes were catered for.
On the day of the funeral we were totally taken aback by the dignity and respect that all Dean's team showed to not only Mom, but all our family, and the day couldn't have run any smoother. I would like to thank Dean, but especially Carrie and Anna for their kindness and support during this most difficult time.

Everything was perfect they helped take a lot of the stress off of my shoulders with planning the funeral and making sure everything was perfect. Would recommend to anybody whos in the same position. From the onset to completion, the team at Dean Harper's were kindness and professional throughout, even negotiating the seamless return of Mum from Cornwall to her home in Walsall. I have had dealings with dean harper over the last 10 years. I have to say that I can’t recommend them highly enough. We recently had to organise a friends funeral. So when 4 of us turned up to deal with the arrangements of our lovely friend, dean harper took all of our wishes into consideration, and it wasn’t going to be a typical funeral. Anna handled it all with professionalism and commented on never knowing a group of friends as close as we were. Every last wish that we and our friend needed was met…with no problems at all. It has left us all feeling that we all did our best and Dean and the team allowed us to do everything we wanted and needed to do.

Dean Harper came highly recommended to us after our 10 year old daughter passed away in April. I am so glad we chose them as the care and support Dean and his team have shown us has been nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that Eva had the perfect send off. On the day itself I was understandably very upset and anxious but Dean was there to support and guide me through it as gently as possible. An exemplary family-run funeral directors.
I have used Dean Harper Funeral Directors twice in the last three years, firstly for my mother and just recently for my father.
They run the most wonderful and caring business led by Dean who is a complete gentleman and guides the family in a professional and diligent caring way.
The attention to detail and the personal touch along with a genuine sense of respect from your first contact to the final day is second to none.
If anyone is having to go through the experience of losing a loved one then Dean Harper’s come more than recommended.
They are a great company and a credit to their profession and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
