We had an amazing experience at Delicate Gem! We decided to go there after having a really bad customer service experience at Brilliant Earth and seeing in a Reddit post that Delicate Gem was great for lab grown diamonds. The staff fit us in for an appointment with short notice and they were so nice and helpful. They gave great advice, and promptly sent me the design for the final ring and I was very happy with it. The prices were very reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and we have great memories of the experience of buying the ring too. Highly recommend.

Finding a ring doesn't have to be complicated, and Harry is the one that made it this way for us! It can be confusing when you first start looking into stones, settings, and the ring altogether but I knew I was in good hands with Harry. He handled everything for us, guiding us through the process and ensuring we got what we wanted for a great price. My soon to be fiance added in her input for the stone, and even though she hasn't seen the ring in person quite yet.. saying she is excited would be an understatement. Thank you so much!

After reading stellar reviews about delicate gem and Harry on Google and Reddit i decided to work with him for an engagement ring which came out absolutely stunning! It’s everything my wife wanted. I also recently purchased a 21kt yellow gold chain which I’ve been searching for everywhere and Harry was the only one that was able to find me one. Super happy with all my purchases and will be back for more!

I was eager to visit after reading numerous excellent reviews on Google and Reddit. However, my experience felt impersonal, leaving me uncertain whether it was an off day for them or simply the standard approach in the Diamond District. I had scheduled an appointment and communicated my specific preferences via email beforehand. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the process functioned more as a first-come, first-served system, with customers waiting their turn at the counter. Despite having an appointment, I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. When I was finally assisted, I was shown a random selection of stones and rings. When I inquired about the specific specifications I had previously discussed over email, the lady associate seemed unaware of any prior conversation.
At that point, it felt as though they had lost interest and were more focused on accommodating the growing line of customers behind me. This left me questioning the value of scheduling an appointment if the experience operates more like a walk-in browsing process. While their quality and pricing are highly regarded based on online reviews, my experience as an out-of-state visitor who traveled specifically for this visit was disappointing due to the lack of personalized service.

The reviews about Harry are true -- he is a true professional; incredibly friendly, honest, transparent, and makes you feel like you are his only customer. He helped us find the perfect piece; we can't recommend him enough!

I am so happy I found Harry and worked with him for my engagement ring. He was straightforward, honest and professional! I had a certain stone shape, cut, specs and setting I wanted. He found us the best center stone we could ask for our set budget and perfected the design setting I requested. The ring turned out so much better than my inspiration.

Jewelty is a big purchase, and can be very intimidating to navigate on your own, especially when diamond shopping online. I tried looking at various online vendors for a diamond ring I was looking to have made, but really didn’t trust dropping so much money on a product I couldn’t see. I found Harry at Delicate Gem through raving Reddit reviews and never looked at an online retailer again. Not only was he very personable and quick at responding to any and every question/concern I had (and I had a ton of questions!), but he was so knowledgeable and transparent about everything from the stone quality to the price. Harry took videos of every stone in different lighting and sent them to me, showed me as many options as I needed to be confident in my decision, and was priced fairly, too. I just got my ring today and am floored by the quality of the diamond and just how beautiful my ring is. He came through at every turn. I’ll definitely be going through him for any future jewelry purchases!
