Exemplary service from this very personable and meticulous lock specialist who was called at short notice to replace faulty front door lock.On site within 30 minutes, he carefully surveyed associated hardware to confirm its correct function before fitting and testing new lock mechanism. He also provided an on- site key cutting service for additional keys. Would not hesitate to use Delta Forge again and would recommend the company unreservedly.

This is the second time we have used Mat. Today was to sort an issue with a door that was becoming difficult to lock. Mat was on time, polite and professional. Fixed the issue and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

Mat is in my phone book as my go to locksmith now.Gave me an appointment time and managed to get to me early after he finished a job earlier than expected after checking with me . Adjusted my porch door so it shut automatically very quickly but then onto a tricky garage door that was stiff and difficult to open and lock . Turns out the original builder had done a poor job so with some skill and effort he managed to realign door so it all worked perfectly . I can’t recommend Mat highly enough and his charges were very reasonable . On top of that a lovely chap who takes pride in his work and delivers great service .

Very highly recommend! Had a problem with my composite front door, wouldn’t open and was broken shut. Had 3 other local locksmiths come to try and fix it and was told I need a new door! Mat was excellent, got the door open and replaced the mechanism then went onto fix the issues that caused it to break in the first place. 10/10 workmanship and a really sound bloke, won’t use anyone else in future.
