Never even made it to the cleaning....
Canceled appt because tech was out sick. Okay things happen but I was already in the window of when the cleaning was supposed to happen when they canceled. Canceled in the morning and reached back out in the evening to reschedule and offered to reschedule TWO weeks later. I expressed my disappointment in being pushed out so far and never got any kind of response.

Scheduled and came out quickly to clean ducts after renovation. Justice and Samuel arrived promptly to complete the work and answer my many questions. Would recommended.

Felt like I just wasted $500. Had these guys referred to me by an hvac friend (I’ll need to report back to him…). First they showed up late, no biggie but should still note. The guys who arrived looked like they were in high school. Showed up in sweat pants hoodies and slippers. No uniform, business card, or even a branded vehicle. Not a good start. They start cleaning my ducts with very little regard for keeping my house in tact. Put on 0 foot protectors despite it being wet out and made tracks throughout my house. Also, it’s November and they are keeping our doors wide open while the heat is off! Not even trying to have them partially closed. They even left our water running… who forgets to turn off a sink? I would not be surprised if they had just got done smoking a J before coming over. Very little expertise given throughout the whole process. Paid for sanitation and my trunks to be cleaned but they didn’t even bother to cut an access hole in the main trunk. To be fair they said they could reach it from one of my ducts, but then…. Why did I pay the extra 300 if you’re not going to go in directly and get a really good clean? Finally, despite asking for a final walkthrough before they packed up, I didn’t get one. Didn’t surprise me as to why when I went downstairs and saw vents broken and and dust everywhere. I’m actually glad they left the dust because it was very easy to tell which vents they did get and which ones they didn’t get in the bedroom and downstairs living room. It’s obvious they didn’t even remove certain covers. Extremely disappointed. Nice enough kids, but I’m not paying for nice, I’m paying for professionals and that’s not what Denver ducts seemed to provide. I trust my friend, so we’ll see how the company responds but, I’ll need to see something substantial to change my review. I have an aeroseal appointment next week that requires clean ducts so I’m really hoping they can get someone here to finish the job properly before then.

We had an appointment to get our vents cleaned up. We moved all furniture for them to get better access to vents. What do Denver Ducts do? Never showed up. No call no text NOTHING!!! Appointment was a Saturday and now is Tuesday evening and Nothing yet. Not even we are sorry Technitians couldn't make it. Very irresponsible company. We moved furniture for nothing. Waited all day Saturday for nothing. All those appointment email reminders, for nothing.

Scheduled, got the confirmation email, got the text with my time window, took the day off, confirmed by text they were coming, and the time window came and went. No service was provided. No call, no text, no email, no show. When they finally responded it was, “let me check with the technician.” Not sorry, would you like to reschedule, nothing. Judging by the trend in reviews, I’d say steer clear. Stating that “customer satisfaction is the number one priority” is nothing but a tag line they don’t live up to. I’d pass on this business.

Changing my review! The original tech who came out for a duct and dryer cleaning broke my dryer vent and reinstalled it haphazardly and incorrectly (see photos), but after notifying them of my poor experience, Denver Ducts went the extra mile to fix it and ensure the run was completely clean. My dryer works now!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They had me scheduled for a Friday between 2-4. They called me a little after 3:30 and canceled my appointment because the tech could not make it. There goes a half day off work.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt after speaking with the owner. Rescheduled for the following Saturday.
OMG! Tech showed up with a little shop vac and a 20’ hose to clean my vents. What a Joke!! Asked where the truck mounted system that was supposed to be used and he said it was broke. Why would you show up with a shop vac. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!.

I had a terrible experience with Denver Ducts. After they supposedly cleaned my ducts, my entire house was left covered in dust, making me question if they did the job at all. The dust was everywhere, on the floors, furniture, TV, bedding. I called multiple times, and they promised to send a cleaning company to fix the issue, but they never followed through and didn’t even call me back. Their lack of response and poor service is completely unprofessional and unethical. I would never recommend them to anyone and if I could give a zero star I would.
Update: they did get a cleaning company for me.

My only complaint with the duct cleaning I had done was the air filter was very dirty after the job was done. I had just replaced it 3 days prior. It was so dirty that no air could flow through it after the job was done. It was making my system start to freeze luckily I was home when the a/c kicked on the first time after or it would not have been good! My dyer duct was not cleaned as well! Which was supposed to be included
