Another fantastic visit our little Jack Pack had at DPL.. they are so happy to go and so happy when we pick them up. All had fresh nail trims which helps me tremendously. We all love this place 😊🐾

We've boarded our dog here since moving to Central Oregon. The staff is kind, caring, and diligent about following her feeding instructions. They take wonderful care of her and she's always tired from her play dates.

DPL has become our pup’s home away from home. We trace a lot and he loves playing with other dogs so we board him regularly. He always comes home happy and loves going there. The staff are always excited to see him and know him by name as we walk in. They do beautiful work grooming as well. One stop shop!

We have been happy with the DPL. One item seems out of character with their good service is the late fee. On Sundays they open at noon and close at 6. However, if you do not pick up your pet by 2:00 there is a $25 late fee. This can be irritating, especially after a long trip and you are stopping to pick up your pet. It is out of character with their otherwise good attitude and service,

We dropped our dogs for their regular Wednesday day stay. Due to a medical emergency, we needed to leave them there until Sunday! The staff adjusted to our pet care needs without a hitch! We are so grateful to staff for their loving care for our dogs, and their flexibility to meet our needs.
I highly recommend Deschutes Pet Lodge for day stay, boarding and their other services.

They returned my boys, happy and healthy. I love that they offer a reduced rate for a second dog in the same kennel, that kennels have an outside run, and that senior citizens get a 5% discount.

Pet Lodge took Excellent care of my dogs. Visiting with them was a joy and getting to know the people were so much fun and such joy. They are wonderful people, and I know my dogs loved them too. I felt they were in safe hands at all times.

I took my anxious Aussie in to get groomed and they did amazing!! He looked so handsome and happy when I picked him up! I will definitely be bringing my dog here again

Everyone at Deschutes Pet Lodge is truly a caring part of the team. This is one of the cleanest facilities I have placed my boy at. I was able to tour the grounds before making a reservation, once I met the employees and saw how everyone connected with the pet clients I felt comfortable about leaving my guy in their care.
