It’s incredible to be able to shop from an organization that purveys the rich natural and cultural goods of the indigenous peoples of the Sierra Nevadas. This shop is owned and operated by the Arhuaco people, and they offer incredibly unique products. Panela like no other, honeys, incredible single-origin cacao and chocolate, aji pepper, high-quality single-origin coffee, all sorts of handspun wool bags of the highest quality. Incredible jewelry. This is really the spot for unique gifts and goods in Bogota, and it can’t be missed. Things you don’t see anywhere else. I think it’s also great to learn about the importance of these products in the life of a people who value their land and its rich bounty, as well as their tradition of craft. Definitely a stop not to be missed in Bogota!
