We recently had the pleasure of working with Detailed Planning Ltd for our small extension, and we’re very happy with the experience. We initially dealt with Paul during our introduction and the initial visit to our home, after which Emily took the lead on our project. She efficiently guided us through the planning permission process, the building control submission (where she went above and beyond to compile draft structural plans ahead of us instructing an engineer just to help to get it underway asap!), and the Thames Water build-over agreement, dealing directly with each of the parties. Both Emily and Paul were friendly, approachable, and responsive and gave clear and objective advice throughout, making a potentially daunting experience much more manageable. Thanks to their hard work and support, our extension was approved without any issues and the builders have broken ground.
