Absolutely the BEST experience start to finish!!! Dino at Diamond Mansion was the most professional, personable, knowledgeable, kind man I could have ever hoped to work with on this journey to select my wedding band. He answered every question I had & responded very quickly to every email I sent him along the way. He sent me a mock up of the ring before he made it to be absolutely sure of the sizing as well as discussing the GIA upgrade. I have to admit I was hesitant to make such a purchase on line but I couldn’t be happier. I have an absolutely stunning ring that is more than I could have hoped for in every way!! I get compliments all the time about how SPARKLY & BEAUTIFUL it truly is. Before you buy a piece of jewelry anywhere else please give Dino at the Diamond Mansion a call. A+++++ in every way. I came across Diamond Mansion while looking for an anniversary ring. I was frustrated that the top diamond sites had no options to upgrade the quality of diamonds in their settings. I even contacted them to check. I didn't want SI quality with H-I color.

I was hesitant about Diamond Mansion at first, but a quick investigation revealed near perfect Yelp & Google ratings. Also, A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and they have been in business for years.

I had some questions and Dino answered them very fast. He never failed to quickly respond. The order confirmation, payment confirmation, order status & tracking number were all communicated. When my order was completed, Dino even sent a link to the video of my completed item. Shipment was double boxed, packaged nicely (jewelry box, box sleeve, item wrapped in tissue paper with no fingerprints), and required direct adult signature from FedEx.

Now, for the quality. I was a little worried because I could upgrade diamond color and clarity, but not the other diamond characteristics. I was sent GIA certification paperwork each diamond in the ring. The cut, polish, symmetry, table size, depth & absence fluorescence were all greater than I had hoped for. Each diamond is GIA laser inscribed with its certificate number. All diamonds were an exact match for clarity, color, and carat size in my case. The looks flawless and the shine of the diamonds is 100% incredible.

Dino and Diamond Mansion have a great thing going. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know in the market for diamond jewelry and I look forward to working with Dino in the future.

I found Diamond Mansion through a Google search. I try to stay clear of the big designer stores and sites. Those markups are ridiculous. Although the tennis earrings were shown on the site, the pair I purchased were custom made to order. Dino was fabulous to work with and the end product was beautiful. Price and quality were both excellent. It was as if we went to the diamond district and pick these out in person. Great experience!!

Great experience! Buying diamond jewelry online can seem intimidating but I can recommend Diamond Mansion without reservation. Due to my (stupid) desire to keep the custom made ring a surprise I inadvertently sent the incorrect size. Without any fuss, Dino took the ring back and redid it for the correct size. The ring is beautiful and the customer service was more than excellent. Thanks again for making me an anniversary hero!
