EXCELLENT work and customer service!! I went in to have my bike serviced for a clicking and skipping issue. Not only did they rectify the issue, but the owner Melvin took some time, sat with me to give me pointers on bike maintenance and care. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me the feeling that he was personally seeing that my bike was taken care of. The staff also showed genuine customer service and an appreciation for my business.

5 star shop honest up front and fair they put the customer first and go out of their way to make sure that your back on the road safely and quickly 👍 😀 my new go to shop!

Finally, Great Motorcycle Service! I have used other local service centers including the big dealer and independents, but was never very satisfied. They were slow, couldn't get my bikes running well, closed on Monday.... I took a chance with Diaz based on location and great reviews. I had 4 bikes that were submerged beneath Hurricane Helene flood waters for 24 hours. Diaz took them in, helped me unload and load all four, knew exactly how to rehab the bikes and got it done in just a few days! I was blown away. Excellent service! They even re-tuned the bikes and adjusted carbs and all are running like they are supposed to run. The dealer could not accomplish that on repeated visits. I am really pleased. Just dropped off my Argo 8 wheeler for service. Oh, did I mention that they are open on Monday?!

These guys are top notch!!! Melvin, Kevin, and Mario and the rest of the Diaz family all know their stuff to the highest level. I went to try find an issue with my bike and ended up pulling the transmission myself. When putting everything back together, I screwed something up and the bike wasn’t able to ride properly. I called these guys up and they got me in the next day! They even offered to come and pick the bike up since I couldn’t ride it! They got it done by the end of the day and had me riding the bike home the next morning with it feeling better than ever!! When I was at their shop looking around, I saw all the amazing work they do to these bikes. I saw everything from performance tuning to absolutely stunning custom paint work. What an awesome family running this business. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I called last week inquiring about a rear tire for our 2022 Royal Enfield Himalayan. As with every other motorcycle service place in Georgia-our specific tire size was not in stock, nor available within a day. I ordered the new tire online and came in to Diaz Motorcycles and service to have it installed. Key reasons why: 1-The best of the best of all Georgia shops that we called-on the phone. Happy, personable, actually trying to help resolve our specific situation, etc. 2-Best Labor price we found to have a rear tire installed, again-in GEORGIA. 3-When you pull up, you KNOW they are good at what they do. FULL parking lot (and street) of bikes here for repairs, maintenance, service etc. And I mean FULL (maybe a hundred bikes?). 4-They got us right in and right out-even though they were obviously already extremely busy that day. 5-Very very professional staff from A to Z. Everyone we spoke to or we saw working on bikes-was very professional and thorough. All this was crucial for us, as this is our owners main transportation as his beloved Jeep is in the shop having its new water pump replaced. Yes, you read that right-the brand new water pump on his Jeep failed and has to be replaced, hence our need to have the bald rear tire replaced expeditiously. From now on, this will be the ONLY shop that works on, or services our three motorcycles when they are in Georgia. Period. P.S. They work on Any motorcycles-Street, Dual Sport, Enduro, Dirt Bikes, Trikes, Sidecar motorcycles etc. ANY motorcycle ever made in history. This is a 100% honest review. We were not asked to write this, nor were we compensated in any way, shape or form.

Outstanding ! Firstly a true family run business- almost everybody is a Diaz or married a Diaz-awesome! I ❤️family run businesses because it’s just good. So kudos for that first off! I needed the the recently installed tires on my 2005 Burgman 650 taken off, balance beads removed, tires speed balanced and remounted. Nobody in the area would do this because a. They wouldn’t work on anything older than 10 years or b. They didn’t work on scooters even for tires or c. What’s a Burgman? Or d. They didn’t have a balancer (hence the beads- which didn’t work at high speeds on this size bike anyway). Found these guys on google- Called Melvin on Thursday evening, told me they’d gladly fit me in and gave me 2 prices depending on if exhaust can had to come off (it didn’t ). Called on Friday at 11:45 to schedule and was in the shop by 1:00 freakin same day. Roy (Melvin’s brother)worked on the bike and the dude went above and beyond in truth while I worked on my laptop and they did a great job at a fair price. I rode home and it was smooth as silk again. They have 6 lifts and a dynamometer and are a full service motorcycle shop that works on everything. You can see by the photos that includes amazing custom art. I haven’t seen a shop like this that isn’t a dealer or is picky about bikes…ever. As someone who has always rode ONLY very well used Japanese bikes this place is ACES! Highly recommend! And to top it off…as I’m leaving a kid with a backpack walks in the gate…one of the guys greets him- it’s a kid coming home to the family shop after school! I’ll be back and already recommended to a friend. Granted, it’s a little far, but definitely worth it! Gracias Familia Díaz de Diaz Motorcucle Service!

Where do I start, I got into a pretty bad accident. My bike as well as myself were pretty badly damaged. I didn’t think I would see my bike on the road again, boy I was wrong. Diaz motorcycle shop took great care of me, gave me great service, pricing and I’m very thankful for all they have done for me! My bike and I are riding thanks to the Diaz crew!

Walked in and needed a new chain and throttle adjustment. Even though they didn’t have the time in their schedule they still took the bike in and serviced it on the spot. Great customer service. As a first time rider, I contacted the shop to run a mechanical inspection. They were prompt with communication, easily facilitated pick up and drop off, always stayed in touch to let me know what was going and finally got my bike back today at a very reasonable cost and could not be happier. Will definitely use them in the future

The owner Melvin was very patient and address my concerns. He made the process smooth and set realistic expectations about how long it would take to get the bike painted and back. Hector the painter/artist was very understanding of what I was trying to do, so I let him come up with the design. I can say the outcome was the Bomb. My bike came out great. Thank you guys. I left my '03 Ninja 500 sitting in the elements for years and it needed a LOT of work to get it running again (carburator rebuild, clean inside fuel tank due to rust, replace fuel cap, flush all fluids, new tires, new chain, new battery, and more). Diaz Motorcycles was able to pick my bike up at my house, completely restore it, and deliver it back to me. The process was very easy. It was pricey due to the amount of work I needed done, but I'm very happy because if I spent the same amount on a used bike, it would likely have needed work that was done during the restoration. The communication throughout the process was great. Any time work came up that we hadn't discussed previously, they gave me a call and talked me through the potential cost, and gave me the opportunity to back out - I did not feel pressured and felt like the representatives I spoke to had my best interests in mind. On top of that, they cleaned the bike for no additional cost, which was much needed after sitting outside uncovered for 2+ years (I won't make that mistake again) Pics are from after I got it back - it rides just like I remember (but better due to new tires).
