Showed up on time, actually early. Explained everything in detail that was easy to understand. Options were given on future maintenance recommendations. Maintenance plan is affordable & covers cleaning, tests, filter replacement, etc. The Tech, Ivan was very thorough, skilled & friendly.

They responded quick and with an upfront experienced technician, Raul, to diagnose the problem.

I called Direct Air to order my yearly supply of filters as I do every year. They took the message for someone to call me back and that did not happen. A few days later i had a service call to have the air checked and the technician ordered the filters for me. Two weeks later I received them, they were the wrong size. Called numerous times leaving messages and no one would return my call. Had to drive to the office to get someone’s attention. Erwin helped me and ordered new filters for me. Again not the correct size again left messages and did not get a call back. This morning I called and was able to speak to Jose Gonzalez he told me he would send another set of filters. Jose C delivered the filters although they stated to be the same size they are 1/2 inch bigger making a whistling noise when installed Jose C realized the problem and took my older filter back to the office to figure out this problem.Jose C was very professional and apologetic for the situation and promised a resolution. I am giving Jose C the 5 stars not the others.

Luis and David performed a great job cleaning the air ducts. They were very professional and informative.
