I ordered a SigenStor
battery system through Mel Tan and I got it installed within 3 weeks.
The installer did a fantastic job and the support I got through Aljen was orsam.
They also installed solar panels 2 years ago also a fantastic job. Can not prays them enough, top guys.

Very satisfied with their solar and fast service. Mel gave us the knowledge of how solar and battery works. He answered all our questions and queries. The service was excellent it was fast but surely quality. Aljen explained the app thoroughly and setting up for us. Highly recommend specially for those who know nothing about solar.

Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Our new house build was a long process but they were ready to install as soon as we got handover. They are professional and genuine. The follow up service is also first class…I had trouble setting up the app to monitor our daily usage and Jack helped me through the process with extreme patience.

I love our new solar, super efficient.
I can tract the usage via app though sometimes it gets disconnected with our wifi
But once refreshed it works again.
