My mother was treated with the utmost respect by Jimmy who was reverent & gentle in his preparation of her. This was most important - to treat my 96 year old mother with dignity - the way she had lived her life.

Marina has been god sent. She helped us through a very difficult time after my dad’s passing and made the whole cremation process super easy. Marina was very empathetic and helpful when we lost my father in law. She politely and calmly answered all of our questions and was able to promptly organise the collection of our loved one from the aged care facility he was at . She communicated regularly with us throughout the process and personally delivered his urn to the family home. During a difficult time, marina was very considerate and understanding. We would highly recommend this service .

I cannot express enough how compassionate caring empathetic and professional Marina and staff were with my father's passing. They went above and beyond even personally delivering my dad's ashes back to my mum and making sure all the paperwork was done so my mum didn't have to. From the moment I spoke to Marina, I felt a load lift. Her calm compassion, understanding and professionalism gave reverence to my sister's passing. Marina kept us informed during the whole process and was quick to respond to any queries we had. We were fortunate that we were in an area that she could deliver the ashes personally. On a practical level, one of the reasons I chose Divinity Cremations was the fixed price. Some of the other services had long lists of extras which were overwhelming. I really can't find the words to express our appreciation to Marina and Divinity. If I could give 10 stars I would.
