This clinic has relieved a great deal of my worries. Dr. Jai was incredibly kind and thorough in examining me, and he prescribed excellent medication while explaining it in detail. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. If you’re looking for a fast, professional, and friendly clinic, I highly recommend this place.

I’m glad I found this Primary Care Clinic in NYC. Dr. Hyun Ji Lee is the best internal medicine doctor I have ever met. She is very caring and thoughtful to her patients, which is most important. I feel very comfortable asking her any questions about my symptoms. The clinic’s staffs are very kind and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Waited an hour for my first appointment. My second appointment was incorrectly scheduled by the office and the doctor never showed up. My blood test was incorrectly labeled and I was asked to come back to retake my sample, which has never happened to me at any doctor's office ever. I don't know if they have taken on too many patients, but the level of incompetence is concerning for a healthcare provider. I would avoid this office if possible.

Dr Lee and her staff are great. She really takes the time to get things right, and is very attentive to my needs and the questions I ask. I even got my flu shot and Winter 2023 covid booster here. I switched from another primary care physician based in Manhattan that tried to scale too quickly and messed up multiple appointments, as well as billing. Also, their app is fairly helpful, I like the messaging feature with the staff the best (UPDATE: they've removed this feature). Dr Lee is very responsive to the messaging.
