We needed automation for our existing roller door and we were worried that it was too old to be motorised. We were very pleased that there were no issues at all, and the installer did a wonderful job - it runs so smoothly and quietly - we absolutely love it!

The team at Doors direct were fantastic. Having a broken sping, I couldnt use my door. They understoopd the urgency of the situation and organised to have someone there the next day. Matt, the contractor that came the next day was a great bloke and fixed the issue in no time at all. Great job guys.

Doors Direct are an exceptional company to deal with from first contact, quoting for new roller door, expected install time and delivery and install.
Zina in the office is an asset to Doors Direct she has wonderful customer service skills and nothing is a bother to her she emails and phones with all details required.

Having used Doors Direct for a general garage door service and receiving great service we had no hesitation to call them when a spring on the double panel lift door snapped. The service provided was exceptional & with both cars locked in we were fortunate enough to have Mark (courtesy of Xena) diverted past our place en-route to his next job and have the repair carried out.
Doors Direct is highly recommended as they provide exceptional service from prompt response to initial contact through to job completion & at fair and reasonable prices ..... bet there is a helping smile in the office :)

It goes without saying that Mark and Declan were thorough gentlemen and professional in their work.
They even helped with checking our 4WD roof rack clearance was OK by 40mm after they reset the roller door heights. Nice touch guys.
