Did good as far as the surgery but when I gave him my insurance card I let the lady at the desk know not to charge my regular Insurance to make sure that she used the case number to charge so that way it would be paid through the insurance for the accident I was in they decided to charge my regular insurance and hold up the lawsuit now nobody else is getting paid with them I don't think that's fair I don't think that's right and when they're told not to use somebody's insurance they probably shouldn't do that needless to say now I can't even go back and get a check up after my surgery because I'm afraid to go to their office because it will prolong it even longer because they keep wanting to charge my insurance

Dr. Fahim takes the worry out of back surgery and gives you back your life. I cannot recommended him highly enough if you are experiencing back pain/spinal issues. He has extensive knowledge and experience to accurately diagnose what’s causing your issues and he then takes the least invasive approach necessary to provide lasting relief.

Dr Fahim has done both neck and back surgery on me. The neck was causing severe pain down my shoulder and arm. My lower back with vertebrae out of place was causing severe pain down my right leg. The surgeries fixed both problems. Hi highly recommend Dr Fahim for you for neck or back surgeries.

Im so glad i had my fusion done by dr. Fahim..i was in unbearable pain and being put off by another surgeon while my disk was crushing my nerves ! Dr fahim looked over my mri and stepped right into action and took care of me . Had my fusion jan 2020! its almost 5 years since and im still doing great. No more nerve pain at aĺl. Thank you.

I had cervical disk replacement surgery with Dr. Fahim. I had fantastic results! Relief immediately and my healing process went smooth. 6 months post op I felt like I never had spine issues. I’m now 3 years out and still can’t tell I ever had any issues or surgery. However, warning he is super arrogant and bedside manner could be a little off putting but I guess we can only have so many amazing talents. His PA is super nice and great to work with.

After having issues with pain running down my leg and was getting no solutions from my GP, two different people I know from the local YMCA told me I need to see Dr. Fahim and that his credentials are very impressive and they were totally happy their surgery experiences. Fourntunatly I had recently had X-rays and MRI of my lower back that was requested by another doctor I had recently seen and Dr. Fahim asked me to bring to my appointment. Upon reviewing them and discussing my paincissues, Dr. Fahim said he was positive he could help me. 10 days later he performed 2 diskectomys and 2 Laminectomys. The day following my surgery I had much relief, but was warned it could take upto a year to gain complete improvement and was placed on restrictions to give my body time to heal. I did do physical therapy and I highly recommend it. Now, four months later doing very well and today at my final follow up visit, Dr. Fahim said no more restrictions. He is kind, caring, and listened to me. His minimally invasive surgery process was exactly what I needed. I am so grateful to Dr. Fahim and I'm doing this review in hopes it can help other people. Not only does he not know what celecoxib is, he also completely ignored my mother’s mental health concerns. This so-called “doctor” is careless and inhumane. He wanted to find a problem so bad with my mom just so he can be like, “oh well there ya go, you need surgery.” This money-hungry awful man does NOT care about the patient. We spent 15 minutes talking to him about what’s going on, had 2 MRIs done WITH the discs and reports and when we asked him what’s going on he goes, “well it’s bad but let’s do an X-Ray to decide if you need surgery.” MRIs are more accurate than X-Rays so it made no sense for him to order it. This is aside from completely ignoring my mother’s mental health issues and concerns. Not only did he not offer a referral, but he simply got up and left when my mother told him that she is terrified from her back problems and just wanted reassurance and a second opinion. If you truly care about your health and well being, DO NOT go see this so-called “doctor.” People like him make me disgusted of our healthcare and very disappointed in it as well.

So he did my 2nd discectomy, after I was still in pain. He said, and I quote, " it couldn't have herniated again, I've only seen that twice in my 20 year career." He then just dismissed me and had a habit of walking out of the room while I was still asking questions. So I went to spine and brain institute where they very quickly showed the mri, ( the mri that fahim wouldn't order but they did) that it did in fact do it again and scheduled me for surgery right away. WAS NOT impressed, to put it politely.

Dr. Fahim and staff are phenomenal!
I had put up with cervical pain due to herniated disks for over 30 years. Dr. Fahim performed ACDF surgery on 3 of my cervical disks and the relief and results are absolutely amazing. I wish I would have found Dr. Fahim 30 years ago. It has been a life' changing improvement. Michelle of his office was so pleasant to work with, she told me what to expect, and was so accommodating when I had to reschedule my surgery twice due to being sick. Michael Schaffer explained the procedure in detail before the surgery, how it went during the surgery (he assisted Dr. Fahim in the OR) and. showed us the results in detail afterward. I could not ask for a better experience or better outcome than I have had with Dr. Fahim and his staff. I'm very, very thankful!

Great experience with Dr. Fahim
I wasted a whole year of being in pain due to a pinched nerve in my lower back. I hoped so hard that it would go away on its own because I wanted to avoid surgery. I waited until I could no longer manage the pain after trying P/T, injections and chiropractic visits which did nothing to ease my sciatic pain that ran from my waist all the way down my leg. I couldn't stand or walk. Only sitting and laying down would elevate the pain. My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Fahim and two other prominent area doctors. One wanted to put plates and screws in my lower back and the other made it sound like I would be out of commission for two to three months. Meeting Dr. Fahim gave me the courage to schedule a surgery. He told me to have faith and trust in him. He said he was the best at this. Called the procedure a life changer and gave me the confidence to move forward. He told me he was the best Doctor for the decompression surgery and would perform a noninvasive procedure that would relieve the pain. Well, guess what.... He was SOOOO right. Not only did he relieve the horrible sciatic leg pain completely and instantly, I also had no post surgery pain after the procedure was completed. None. Zero. It's a miracle what he did two weeks ago. I'm now walking two miles a day and will be starting to ride my bike for an hour each day as the spring warms up the area. I am so happy with Dr. Fahim. He fixed me up and gave me my life back. Can't wait to play golf in five to six weeks without the pain that disabled me. Thank you Dr. Fahim! You're the best!

Dr Fahim performed my laminectomy on my lower back between S1 and L5. I walked out of the hospital like nothing was wrong with back. He also performed my disc replacement in my neck. I highly recommend Dr Fahim and PA Schaffer.

My appointment was at 11:15 am. I came in 15 minutes early just to find out they needed a bunch of info i needed to collect beforehand. Would’ve been nice to know. When I FIRST walked in, I wasn’t greeted with a smile or a hello or anything, the receptionist with black hair and blue eyes, put the clipboard down and put the pen down and said “sign”. After I started my paperwork she asked what my name was. I tried asking her questions about the paperwork but she was very standoff-ish and merna( I believe the other lady’s name was) came in to HELP. she told me a LITTLE bit of info about the paperwork but no one there was a great help to me. In fact as I was struggling with the paperwork, they started rushing me. When I finally got into the room, the dr was very nonchalant with the shooting pain I had in my neck ( we talked for 5 minuets MAX) mind you not my apt. Was at 11:15 and I didn’t see him until 11:50 or so. He told me to return if it the pain sticks around and didn’t say anything else about my pain. No thanks!.. I'll do anything to avoid this doctors office.

Excellence and Confidence in Healthcare
Dr. Fahim performed nine (9) Spinal Procedures on me since I retired from the Army. Quite frankly, He too is my Hero and took care of my spinal conditions without hesitation and with very clear guidance, clinical clarification, and with extreme success. I am forever grateful of Dr. Fahim's Surgical Skills and willingness to make me whole again. As a Former Paratrooper, I am grateful that I met this excellent Neurosurgeon and My Wife too received neurosurgery services
