Went to pick the car up after recall work done radiator cap was left off car broke down. They destroyed the fuel line then said it was the fuel pump that needed fixed and that it would be covered but now they’re saying it’s a sensor and it won’t be covered these people don’t know what they’re doing. I would steer clear of them and I would never take my vehicle to them ever.

I always come here for service only bought Two cars so far but they have always been extremely kind and thorough. I was taking the Doordash over to a gentleman today named Joseph. Absolutely wonderful man while I was there I went ahead and scheduled my next service. Hannah was absolutely phenomenal. I just can't give these people enough praise can't wait until your renovation is done !

My nice weather/weekend car is a 328i convertible. My everyday driver for years has been a Mercedes wagon or SUV. Because of the amazing service department here I have made the decision to go into an X7 when I’m ready to trade instead of another GLS.

Thank you so much for being amazing! We have been working with Dreyer & Reinbold for a little while to gift my brother his first BMW for graduation/match day. They made this experience amazing and made sure he was set up well. They made my vision for a surprise come true and they are the best. We came from Virginia to do this and they’ve worked from a distance and in person with us. If you want great service and a car that will last, go to Dreyer & Reinbold South. Joey is an absolute gem! He made sure that the car was in tip top shape for him. I feel comfortable knowing my brother will be taken care of when servicing his vehicle. We bought the oil change plan and honestly? I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t! It is wonderful and this service department is great. We look forward to continuing a family tradition of BMWs.

Not even sure where to begin, but this has to have been the best repair experience I've ever had. My new subaru needed a recall handled and the radio needed replaced entirely. Joey Mack handled everything from start to finish and was absolutely incredible. I will only be bringing my subi back to him when it needs anything. Thank you Joe!

I received emails regarding recalls. I scheduled the appointment and was already having issues prior to that I concerns about primarily reverse and transmission concerns. Only to find that the $229 diagnostic may not be able to determine the issue. Since they need to extend the day tongue of they can recreate the issue I needed a loner vehicle. They come back and say I'd have to pay for a rental since they didn't have any loaners however a guy came in after me and inquired and he received one. While I'm paying enterprise for a rental. This definitely felt like racial profiling. Let me add this location is in Greenwood. Not even an attempt to see if their north location had a loaner. I left there feeling like I was being taken advantage of and not feeling the most secure about finding out what the issue is with my vehicle despite spending over $400 while getting recall work on the passenger side airbag.

Absolutely wonderful service staff. Tony, Landon and the team saved us. We were on a road trip and had an engine warning on our X5. They squeezed us in and quickly diagnosed and repaired while we waited. Very professional and kind and had us back on the road on no time. A thousand thanks.

I took my car in to have it fixed and was told it would take one to two days to run diagnostics on it and then they will start working on it. They ended up keeping it for over a month and when I got it back the problem is still not fixed and I paid almost $4000 to get it fixed.
