Comprato mesi fa perché necessitavo di un prodotto in grado di pulire e mineralizzare l'acqua di casa che risulta estremamente calcarina e piena di metalli (tubature molto vecchie) che dire, mai scelta più azzeccata, il prodotto è fantastico, non si è costretti a posizionarlo fisso perché non necessita collegamenti con i tubi, si auto pulisce regolarmente, l'acqua e buonissima (finalmente!) e l'assistenza è super!! Meglio di così non si può!

L'appareil donne satisfaction. L'eau est excellente. Le service après vente est parfait. Tout est pris en charge. Je recommande cet appareil

Un peu curieux (voire dubitatif au départ...), je voulais absolument trouver un moyen de me passer de l'eau en bouteille : trop cher, trop lourd (à porter), trop pénible pour gérer les stocks et pas vraiment écologique ! J'ai remarqué ce produit proposé par une entreprise suisse et je me suis lancé. Résultat : une eau PARFAITE ! c'est pratique, rapide, et super-économique ! Plus besoin de transporter ces centaines de bouteilles, j'ai de l'eau claire, filtrée, minéralisée (et fruitée !) à volonté sans embrouille logistique !! Bref, un vrai bonheur. Cette boite nécessite d'être reconnue, elle est à mon sens la "nouvelle Nespresso" Suisse que tous ceux qui recherchent une eau minérale doivent essayer !

We purchased the LANG device a few weeks ago for our holiday home and we love the device. The water tastes really good, like good mineral water. As a result, our tea and coffee taste also way better. Installing the filters and doing the setup was really easy. Compared to our built-in reverse osmosis system in our primary home, it is much easier with this device. You just need to follow the steps and be a bit patient, it is not a Brita filter swap.

Senza alcuna installazione hai della buona acqua fredda o calda dal sapore gradevole come quella minerale. La.cosa meravigliosa è che non devi caricare più confezioni di acqua. Non è necessario alcun intervento di un tecnico ( niente appuntamenti e costi a sorpresa) basta acquistare on line i filtri e i minerali che servono ad arricchire l'acqua che altrimenti sarebbe distillata o quasi. Piccola nota negativa è la distanza con i magazzini. Un suggerimento, aprite una sede anche in Italia così i corrieri fanno meno strada e i tempi di spedizione si accorciano. Comunque il servizio è molto efficiente, un po' meno i corrieri. Apparecchio di filtrazione consigliatissimo.

Desde que compramos LANG hemos dejado de comprar agua embotellada (y llevarla hasta casa) porque hace un agua mineral de gran sabor. Puedes añadir diferentes sabores (limón, naranja, melocotón) y también prepara agua caliente (para hacer infusiones). El precio de la máquina es razonable, es muy fácil de usar y la atención al cliente es rápida y eficaz. La volvería a comprar sin dudarlo.

Concept novateur et séduisant, la machine fait bien son travail. Le SAV est efficace et rapide. On sent bien la différence eau filtrée/eau du robinet. Boissons aromatisées excellentes. Seul bémol, le retard de mise à disposition sur le site des boissons chaudes !

Mit der StartUp Maschine haben wir unsere LANG Erfahrung begonnen vor bisschen über einem Jahr und ich möchte keinen Tag mehr missen. Die Maschine lässt sich super leicht bedienen, alles wird in Wort und Bild dargestellt, das Mineralwasser schmeckt einfach gut, die Geschmack Packs sind auch spitze. Die Geschmacksintensität lässt sich nach Belieben einstellen, und es lässt sich sogar heißes Wasser für Tees auf Knopfdruck „herstellen“. Leitungswasser auf Knopfdruck in Keim- Plastik und anderen Schadstoffen freies, wirkliches Trinkbares Wasser verwandeln. Kein Kisten oder Falschen schleppen mehr, keine nervigen Pfandorgien etc.. Preis - Leistung = unschlagbar!

Sadly, I have to write a negative review of this product. I had great expectations from a Switzerland company. But the net is you should not buy this product for the following reasons: 1 - Leaking. We bought the first machine that rapidly leaked. They did replace it with a new unit (Good customer service), but the flaws remain the same. The overall design is clumsy and leads to overflowing of water into the recipients ... not great in a kitchen ... 2 - Changing the Filter cartridges is a nightmare .... It takes forever to reset the system. You have the change the water at least 20 times before it resets... something you do not have with other systems. I have been on it since last night and still not done ... Who has this kind of time to just reset filters ? So overall, great expectations, but the product does not match those. It is expensive, clumsy, and leaking and would not recommend it to future customers. Very sorry about this. You seriously need to rework the product. Best.
