Whilst we do not have a Victor Blay listed as a recent customer of Driver Hire Training, we believe we do recognise some of the points that you mention in the review from a recent complaint. It would not be appropriate to go into the details of the issue on a public forum, but for the benefit of other readers we want to state that we took this particular complaint extremely seriously and fully investigated the circumstances. We are confident that we have acted appropriately in this case. Whilst we recognise that you are unhappy, we strongly disagree with the way you describe our business.
