Excellent! From initial phone call with Katie, booking in, quote - exceptional phone manners and customer service. Arrived for my appointment, seen on time, genuine feedback and information about the problem. Told me 2 hrs... It took 2 hours! All the mechanics are outstanding and there's a nice 'feeling' /environment. They respect, your custom /your car and... each other, and it's a pleasure to see. It's my new and only garage, so THANK YOU to Katie /Joe /Billy and all 🙏 OUTSTANDING!

Fantastic customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. I have used DT Autos for over 10 years. Managed to re-gas air con on a 24 year old car. Recently the window regulator broke. Unable to buy new part but mechanic (Joe) was brilliant. Advised what part number and managed to obtain a compatible one. Thank you so much, as always.

This is one of the best garages I’ve ever used for serving, repairs and general help with my vehicles and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Prices are very competitive and found they’ve never charged me for or replaced a part that wasn’t needed and will repair items when others won’t. Very friendly, very honest and helpful no matter what I’ve asked of them, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot thank the team at DT auto enough! When my corsa failed its MOT, all other garages were saying they couldn't fix the issue for 4-6 weeks (if at all). However, the team at DT auto were able to repair the car and re MOT for me which I am super grateful for. The staff were friendly and helpful, charging a fair price for the work. I'll definitely be bringing my car for all its serving/repair needs - thank you!

Fantastic service and after service, really helpful and honest I highly recommend them.

Indicators stopped working on our car. We noticed after we'd packed our car full of camping gear and bikes ready to head home. Pulled in here hoping it would be an easy fix and could do straight away as had a grumpy toddler in the back of a hot loaded up car and no easy access to the pram - every parents worst nightmare! Staff could not have been more helpful. Had the fuse replaced in less than 5 minutes and on our way home. No fuss, no stress. Brilliant service, really appreciated. Thank you!

Dave and his team are as honest and professional as you'll ever find in mechanics, where most seem to be most at home in the middle of Darwin's chart!! Sensible pricing for highly skilled, knowledgable and friendly Engineers and quick turn arounds. Just have it done properly!

I took my ageing Mini for an MOT to DT Auto Services and found the whole experience very friendly and professional right from my initial phone contact. Sadly, the car failed on emissions which meant a replacement catalytic converter, which wasn’t really surprising , but an expensive day out none the less. Although I carried out the repair myself, Dave checked availability through a local supplier to ensure that I could get it done quickly and then return for a retest. He even waived the retest fee which was very generous of him. I have no hesitation in recommending DT Auto Services as if they can be trusted with the small things you can guarantee that they will be as fair with the complicated ones.
