I need three dimmer switches replacing in different rooms around the house. (SW18) Richard was very knowledge and personable. He identified the problem in no time at all, and fixed it equally as quickly. Richard even helped with a few other things that I had not included in my original request. I would highly recommend!

Fitting new lights (SW19) Great work by a tidy, polite and efficient team. I am delighted with my new lights.

Changing Fire Alarm (Not Available) Richard and Tom were excellent. They worked quickly and with great communication throughout.

New kitchen light fittings and shortening of light cords (SW12) Excellent service. Extremely polite and tidy and gave me some very helpful advice on light bulbs and new fire and smoke detectors, which wasn't what I had contacted them for but just came up based on there observations whilst doing other work. Just generally very helpful and know what they are doing. Fully recommend.

Electrical works to plugs and testing (SW19) Brilliant from Down to Earth Electrical - Luke, Tom and Richard were all excellent. All very polite and got the job done quickly and without any problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend!!

Replaced the switches for cabinet lighting (KT5) Richard was very helpful and friendly and worked very hard to replace a burnt out receiver. Despite us having been sent the wrong part he managed to find a really successful workaround, which saved time and money. I would definitely recommend Down To Earth.

Excellent experience fixing faulty oven, alarm and fridge. (SW17) Richard came to solve a few electrical issues we had in our rental property. He was very easy to deal with organising booking the job over WhatsApp. He turned up on time and as planned and he solved and fixed all 3 issues we had in the flat (faulty oven due to incorrect wiring), a problem with an alarm and a leaking fridge. He called me once finished to explain the work he'd completed and he resolved all issues in a timely manner. He was polite, efficient and very good value for money. Immersion heater (SW18) We suddenly found ourselves without hot water. Richard came between jobs, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us all before 9:30! He’s friendly, professional and efficient. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Replacing mains smoke alarms (SW12) Richard is now our regular electrician that we rely on for everything that needs mending in the house. Efficient polite and effortless.

Replacing faulty motion sensor (SW6) I’ve used Down to Earth Electrical a number of times. They’re great. Fix the problem with a minimum of fuss. Highly professional and leave everything tidy taking away any rubbish. Come when they say they will. Perfect.
